| Cheese has protein in it! But this is kind of a variation of the sandwich, but pitas? They are delish. And for quick and easy you can buy those salads in a bag and have them slice deli meat thick at the store and then dice it up and throw it in the salad. I don't know, I'm not big on lunch. | |||

Hi, I'm Maci. I'm the big 18, yeah. Senior in highschool, going to Penn State in the fall. Please don't stalk me for telling you. Went to Paris and the French Alps in March, 2 years of French, really can't speak it. I was a cheerleader, now I bake and model. I'm not fat, just chubby, working on toning up for swimsuit season. And I have to admit, I didn't read most of the posts because I'm lazy and they were long. So yeah. |

| It really depends on the school. Some will accept lower scores than others. Have you joined collegeboard.com yet? It basically saved my life when researching colleges, although in the fall I'll be attending the one down the street anyway. But point is one one of the fact pages on the colleges it will tell you if they accept AP credits or give you a link to the college's website listing what scores they take. In my case I got a 3 on the AP US test last year which would get me credit at some schools, but none at Penn State! 3 more tests to take this year though, in my better subjects. I'm pretty sure they will just move me up a level in the classes, though I can't remember. | |||

| I try to get low-fat options because I think it's a nice balance. But when given only full fat or fat free choices I usually pick fat free for things like yogurt or cheese because I would rather get my fat from peanut butter or something else I love or eat more of so I want the full delicious taste. | |||

I have heard that when you have a lot of weight to lose it's okay to lose 3 or 4 pounds a week. Now I don't have much weight to lose (30-40 pounds total) But I was eating 1100-1200 calories a day for a while (most likely not enough because I'm only 18) and losing weight and feeling great for about 3 months but then all of a sudden last week I was just hungry all the time and couldn't control myself. Like my body was telling me it wanted more, so I don't really know. I know this doesn't really answer your question but it's just a little story that I thought kind of related :) |

If the machine doesn't ask for your weight or age, CC is probably closer to accurate. If it does, you probably aren't working out as hard as you think. When that happens I usually just average the two. |

| I'm on birth control and it made me constantly hungry. But after being on it for like, 2 years I've finally got it under control. I know it doesn't sound promising but it just took my body a while to get used to it. Sometimes I still feel constantly hungry but I just try to eat better things when that happens. Really the only way to counteract overeating due to medicine is control it yourself, you know you don't need that extra food! | |||

Plus models don't nessicarily wear plus size clothing. First of all, they have to be about 5'9" or taller and proportionate, like an hourglass. The waist and hip measurements usually have about a 10" difference. On the smaller end they are about a dress size 10, the larger end I believe goes up to about an 18. Most plus models are a 12 to 14. At 5'7" and 133, you'd be a little too short and probably a little too small. If you have any other questions just ask, I was a plus model for a while so I know a good amount. |

I've never heard of rolling out icing, but use powdered sugar just like you would use flour to roll out dough or something. And fondant is not easy to make as far as I know, most professional cake decorators but theirs. Craft stores do sell it, I think places like Wal-Mart usually have basic white in their craft sections too. But I know you can buy different colored fondant as well but it's not that bad to color with the gel colors. Good luck! |

Personally, I would freeze if I went out in a bikini in January in Florida. However it's not impossible. If you just have a little extra tummy you probably don't need to lose much. Just make sure you drink lots of water and keep your sodium low so you don't bloat while you're there! :) |
