Well I am not an english native speaker... as such you can all out me on that... pretty easy...

I just wanted to state the fact...

as you mentioned studies are not 100% valid... not even mayo clinic studies...

It has a lot to do with what questions you pose...

for instance art. swe. would not influence the insulin in blood

but obviously there is an effect...

I also read a study that posed that people who say they drink bav. more than water tee and milk tend to be overweight...

I guess there is a truth for everyone... i never claimed to have it in my hand... but it would be ridiculous to deny the fact that sugar is the greatest factor for obesity in the western countries

I guess all this hysteria is just because people can't cope with the idea of having to undergo a sweetness withdrawal...

may is proof enough in metabolism... there are so many interconnected things... nevertheless basic metabolism doesn't change that drastically between mammils

frozen stuff isn't that healthy though... fresh would be better...

a salad with tomatoes, olives, some goat cheese, cucumber olive oil balsamico...

and an apple or pear or some other fruit as dessert...

and maybe a slice whole wheat bread

Thats just what I mean... Do you really think being underweight is no problem... well think again...

I know people who have and had problems with their weight... with to much of it in fact... friends by the way...

And by the way... there are more people with underweight that have problems than people with over weight...

just look to afrika...

so much to overweight...

I am underweight... so if you do not think that to be life threatening... sorry can't go along with that

no one here has problems with the mayo study...

they checked if there was an increase in the blood sugar... after drinking artificially sweeteners intake...

why should there be... i do not think the study was done correct...

but the question was a totally different one than the one I posed...

I am scientist myself... well if they posed the question... are people who drink art. sw. bav. fatter than people that do not drink such...

Well guess what the outcome would be...

Well generally I don't want to tell anybody to do anything...

But sugar is high in calories It is unhealthy It destroys the taste of most foods because it is to dominant and obviously the same applies to salty stuff...

Why I could tell people many things and so can others...

obviously you think it is better keeping bad habits up and replacing some chemicals and the world is better then...

well drug substitution doesn't give you an healthy life but after my opinion just a substitute life...

There is no problem if you have some days with less ans some with more...

but always consider...

If you have periods where you eat to little... then the body will try to save more energy the days you eat more... by that you learn your body to build fat cells...

so keeping a constant diet is more healthy... overdoing something often is not the best way...

But I wouldn't be too concerned about all this counting... probably more important that you drink enough on days you do not eat to much...
