You should try looking into probiotic supplements also. I've always had very bad digestion problems, but I found Flora Q and I've had no problems since. It's pretty amazing.

Hmm, I've actually read somewhere that one should never drink green tea when hungry because it speeds up your metabolism and just makes you even hungrier.

I've found that aloe vera juice, lemon juice, pine nuts, and red beans work great. hope that helps!
