hi congratulations on all your weight loss im currently at 148 not quite 150 but close enough.

i used to be 168 got down to 130 last year but managed to put it all back on. i think because i tryed to quit smoking.

im 5'4

At my heaviest i weighed a whopping 170 pounds last year i got down to about 125-130. started a new job where im at an office all day i think this is a major part of the weight gain.

I am currently at 148lbs august of last year i was 130 but a year and half before that i was 172. I'm so disappointed that half the weight i lost i have put back on. I cant seem to keep motivated to stick to eating healthy my weight is continuously fluctuating.

does any body else have this problem?
