thanks clint! I have always wondered about that. I am definitely not going to eat any more of these!  The company doesn't put the actual weight on the item. I just see that it looks like a 12 oz beverage cup.

Its a food service that makes ready to eat stuff for our cafeteria at work. I work at a community college. Their stuff is usually pretty good and they do use 2% milk. I've harassed them before about a calorie count on this item, but its like pulling teeth. Back before I lost my initial 20 lbs using this site, I was eating them pretty regularly, so I guess that had to do with that weight gain. Now I eat one in a blue moon, but I think I will try and stay away completely.

thanks everyone for the feedback and for listening. :)

I get confused because its a 12oz cup intended for liquid. Is it still 12 oz if there is something else in it? Anyhoo, I think I still stayed within my 1200 or so cal. range. :)

P.S. they are the best puddings ever! I cave sometimes and just eat one.

If I went cold turkey on chocolate, I would never stick to any weight loss plan. Just moderate it.

I agree, I am still trying to watch my calories and lose weight, but I feel good about myself, and I feel attractive. I think as women, we need to try and love our bodies no matter what. I see women who are thin- by their weight and height descriptions- who still think they are fat and that makes me sad. I am 163 and 5'4" and my goal is 150, not the 130 that the program wants to put me at.

Kudos to you! Keep feeling good about yourself. You deserve it.

I guess I am a mesomorph, but I am actually a fat hourglass shape- I know I am lucky to have a nice hip, chest waist ratio, but after 40, I have begun to fill in a bit.

sometimes I take them for pms. They seem to help. Once I tried taking them other times of the month too but I got cranky. :)

Roselie, I would have felt guilty too, but hey, we are all just human. Just don't give up on yourself. :) I have found that being nice to myself, and allowing a little wiggle room when I am trying to lose weight makes me able to stick with it overall. Sounds to me like you've been doing great, AND, you still stuck to your calorie goal.Personally, I can't give up chocolate- so I eat just a little and I don't feel like I am totally depriving myself.

I have recently gained 5 lbs back of the 10 that I lost last year, so here I am again. I never left calorie count but wasn't paying attention. So, I wish you the best with your goals and myself too. :)

I figure I can eat almost anything, as long as I don't go over my calorie limit. I like that.

my goal is to get back down to 150. I was happy that way, size 12 fit loosely on me and I felt good. I don't want to get down to what this program says I should be: 130. Right now I am about 160. I was pushing 180 last September, so it's going well.
