I appreciate the feedback I have been given. I had an A1C test yesterday and learned that I am actually a diabetic already. The doctor's office called and said they have diagnosed me with diabetes and called in a prescription for medication. They said to come back in a week or two for a checkup. They didn't give me any information on what to do, such as how many times to check my sugar or what times to do so, what to eat or not eat....

I'm totally lost. What do I do now? Any suggestions on that?

I am a full D and I am just above 200 lbs. A good sports bra is definately a must. Just look for ones that offer a lot of support. I have found that I like Bestform, the one designed for vigorous activity. Good luck!!

I have already been using the Paul Mitchell Skinny Serum and I love it because it takes all the tangles out of my wet hair. Several hairstylists have told me that using a straight iron is causing more damage so now I am trying to avoid all heat, even hairdryers.

I have read some pretty bad reviews on the stuff and with the replies I am getting here, I think I will return the unopened kit back to the store. Thanks for your replies. You may have saved my head of hair!Smile

Getting all the "bad" things out of the house is a big big help! I have started doing the same thing.

I have about 70 lbs. to lose. This is the 2nd time I have struggled with this. The first time I lost my weight in 6 mths with the help of a weight loss center, but I quit going when I reached my goal. I guess I should have sticked around for the maintenance part of it!!! I gained it all back and then some! To my dismay, that weight loss center is no longer in business where I live. It moved! I think it worked so well for me because the owner was so supportive and motivating. I have found it extremely difficult to stick to healthy eating and exercise without a support group. My husband (bless his heart) tries to be supportive, but it is just not the same. I work a stressful full-time job and have 3 children at home. That being said, I haven't really had an opportunity to make any friends. I occasionally talk to some of my friends from high-school on the phone (I graduated 13 years ago!) Anyway, I could use a few friends and some support too.

 Good luck to you
