Hi everyone. I'm fairly new to this place. i'm looking to lose about 5-9 pounds. I try so hard everyday but i get to the end of teh day and i start eating like crazy. for example today i ate almost a whole bag of potato chips one half a gallon of ice cream and 4 bowls of cereal. i feel so so sickened with myself i have no idea what to do with myself. oh yeah and some peanut butter and almonds. and half a thing of pita bread. what do you guys do on the verge of binging? |

hey! i'm 5'8 and my cuurent weight is about 130 i want to lose 5-10 so i can fit into last summers clothe ( i was around 120) last year. so its only a little to go but it'll be awesome to have someone similar doing it with me. go us!!! |

omg! same! i worked at a snack bar today. wasn't hungry at all, but all i could think of were those white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and peppermint ice cream it was completely insnae. so far i havn't given in now that i am home but i can feel the craving and just eat and eat and eat. WE MUSN"T! |
