I've been obsessed with those since I first spotted them...I've recently had the 100 cal packs and there are 18 in there, so for the full 1 oz serving I think it would be about 27 nuts...

I really understand where you are coming from...my bf and I dated for 4 years and just recently ended things.  Today marks 1 month...I'm 25 going on 26 and we've been together since college, we had talked about marriage, pretty much knew he was the one, and then BAM here I am single not knowing what to do with myself...

For the first couple of weeks I was like you, cried EVERYDAY no matter what time of day, stopped working out, just ate comfort foods all day long, was feeling really really down.  Then, something snapped, and I told myself come on get it together you've got to find yourself again.  Staying busy has helped me a lot, I've joined a couple soccer leagues with friends in the area, something I used to love but had dropped off for a while.  Luckily, I was always close with my girlfriends so they've been very supportive...I've reconnected with a bunch of my guy friends that I had enevitably lost touch with after being in a serious relationship and am just trying to have a good time right now and am not focused on finding someone, I def know it's too early for that...

As silly as it sounds, these sunny days always make me feel better - don't get me wrong, things are still really hard and I know that's normal - just take one day at a time - you will get through it!

I have the luna minis and they are the exact same as the bars just more bite size - think fun size candy bar.  I used to LOVE luna bars, but not so much anymore, the only one I still eat is the Chocolate Peppermint Stick and unfortunately that doesn't come in mini, at least to my knowledge.  The minis are so small, doesn't excited me for 90 cals, I'd much rather have a kashi bar or something - just my opinion!

Multi-grain tortilla chips with salsa can be a good solution to the chip issue.

Have you found a tasty "better for you" version?

We used to keep these in the house before I started on CC. They were delicious and I felt like I was making a better choice for my family with them being multigrain and all. Then I read the label! OMG! A serving was 8 chips (big chips mind you, but still)and 8g of fat!!! Those quickly got eaten by my kids to get them out of my house!

We are really addicted to homemade Pita chips, but it would be nice to have an alternative to be able to keep on hand should company drop by...

I LOVE homemade pita chips!  I buy the small whole wheat pitas that come 8 to a pack at Trader Joe's...pop a couple in the oven at a time until they are nice and hard then crunch them up and use them with hummus, salsa, tuna salad, even dip in my chili - amazing and good for you chips!

I always split the chicken lettuce wraps with whoever I'm with as an appetizer and for my entree I order the Cantonese shrimp...it's just shrimp, snap peas, and sprouts in a garlic type sauce.  It's very light in calories for a restaurant meal, but also high in sodium like everything else.

My last few visits I have asked for the entire sauce to come on the side...you can at least control the sodium that way - I like it without the sauce, but it is very boring that way...I also mix in a small amount of the brown rice - there's definitely enough for another meal the next day

Foods vodka and diet soda or captain and diet coke? Feb 27 2009

Vodka is going to be a bit lighter than a dark rum like Captain....my drink of choice is a vodka club soda (0 cals)...when mixed together it tastes like water - most like a squirt of lime, I prefer not...

The fact that it goes down like water does pose a problem for me on nights out though...I can down a ton of these and not think twice Undecided

Fitness The most efficient trip to the gym? Feb 20 2009
19:53 (UTC)

Since I go during my lunch break, I have all clothing and other items in my gym bag...I leave that in the locker room and upstairs I carry with me my ipod, sweat towel, some kind of magazine, and a water bottle...I just refil plastic deer park bottles....

Once you get in a routine you kind of get the hang of it and without my 4 items during a work out I almost feel like something is missing...

Yeah...I still eat there from time to time, not often...I just had the Egg McMuffin combo meal the other morning with iced coffee...

I was on the road last month and ordered the chicken ceasar salad with grilled chicken - didn't add croutons or any dressing and I loved it!  The chicken was flavorful enough that I didn't need the dressing...not bad cal wise either so yes, I would not rule them out just can't eat it everyday =)

I love their chili!  I always get the small and a side salad and dump the chili on the salad...kind of makes it like a taco salad minus all the cheese and chips.  It's so good...

When I want to be bad, I love the spicy chicken combo with just kethup or the junior bacon cheeseburger sans mayo!
