Hey everyone, I've been a little out of commission lately - I started a new job and have been crazy! So, I haven't weighed in or posted for last week or this week - sorry! I will weigh in next week on Wed. I've been avoiding the scale a bit since I started b/c I know my eating has been out of control. Back on track as of yesterday :) |

Hey peeps, Checkin in...this has been a bad week and a half or so. So, I'm up 1.5lbs to 158. I really need to refocus...been taking out the emotions with food, you know? Congrats to the losers this week :) |

| Alright, checkin in....and, no weight loss this week. You can log me in at 156.5. I'm not gonna try to figure it out, except that I'm continuing to tweak my approach, and need to tighten my calories even further. Way to go everyone! Just wanted to pop in and congratulate everyone who had a great week! Absterry - that's awesome! I bet some of that weight you expected to come off last week came off this week. Way to go! I'll be checking in sometime tomorrow. :) |

Check in.. Last week 156 Today 156.8 I'm a little annoyed, but I'm just gonna keep pushing and hope that this is just a fluctuation. Or, maybe last week was a fluctuation down. My goal for next week is to be under 156. Thanks! |

Hey absterry - not upset at all! I'm glad you have the time and will to organize all of this. Thanks! Hey, do you think we should go ahead and close this at 30 people or so? If it gets too big, it may not feel like a group. Just a thought... Good luck on your weigh-in today!

Hey absterry, I've got a question....when we check in weekly, should we just put up a post at the end of the thread? or do you somehow change your stats on #12? Just wondering, cuz I've never done that before. Thanks again!

Thanks for doing that absterry! I usually weigh in on Wednesdays, so my next weigh in is 10/10. I will commit to doing this thread...and I already tagged it :) However, I do keep track of my weight every two days or so, just to make sure I'm on track. Thanks again! I'm so glad to have a little group of peeps who have goals close to mine! Hopefully the others will check it again. |
