Hey thanks much for the response.  You're right, it sounds like a lot of cardio, but I commute to work by bicycle so that's a consistant 40-60 minutes every day plus whatever I do at the gym.  I get up to 180 minutes if I take a little bike trip or read on the stationary bike.  the yoga is hatha, so basically a glorified stretch after working out.  the weights are machines but following a basic program. 

will try eating more and substituting some high intensity cardio.

hey, i was on crutches for two months a few years ago.  before that, i was doing mostly running and high impact exercise.  like you, i was worried about breaking my routine.  I just replaced the running with water aerobics, and eventually biking and then did pushups, running in place on your back (with your shoulders off the ground), and other floor work.  But since you're not talking about a really long time, it might be a good time to take a break and keep your body from getting too used to your routine.

HATED VEGGIES: cooked celery (raw is fine, but keep it out of my soup!)
