You don't know how much I needed to hear that today.  I was weighing like 3.5 lbs more this morning and I was freaking out.  I could'nt believe it.  I have been down all day...trying to figure out how I could have done that.  Makes sense now its that TOTM...thanks guys...I feel betterLaughing

I love the heathly choice meals...then I add in the single steamed veggies.  Pretty good.

I know how you feel.  I was bad yesterday...had french fries and bar-b-que felt terrible.  I don't think that you having a celebratory drink caused you to gain 4 lbs overnight....probably water weight.  Don't stress you will probably be back down tomorrow.  I did that a few weeks back.  Had myself in a slump...felt like everyone knew I was up 3 lbs.  Turned out the next day I was back down.  Now I tell myself I am not going to weight after being bad.  :)  Besides....you have to have a life too.

You know what I love Dole makes the apple bites with low fat caramel...so delicious you feel like you are being bad.  I buy lots of fresh fruit and make a huge fruit salad on Sunday...that way I have something to munch on when I get hungry.  I other thing I have to have is the sugar free fudcicles.  They get me through the chocolate thing.

 I have a question...I've been making turkey burgers...which are wonderful...are they really better for you than like 97% lean beef.  If you compare the calories are higher in the Turkey.

OMG....93 lbs and 5'3".  You definitely  need to go and talk to someone.  You are not getting enough calories to function...that's why you are tired.  10 lbs in two weeks is crazy at your weight.  I hope you can find someone to talk to soon.

Yep...know the feeling...it's hard to resist the scale...I sometimes weigh in the morning and the evening...knowing there is big difference in the time of day and your weight.  My goal this week is to not weigh until Wednesday.  I originally told myself I would only weigh and measure on Wednesday.  I weighed myself this morning...but no more until Wed....promise.

I have a wedding on a Friday night and Halloween Party on the next day.  I too would like to know what I should drink.  I know it's gonna be hard.  Hopefully we will get some good suggestions.  Maybe I'll just fill my cup with diet coke and no one will know the difference. LOL

You have to trick you metabolism.  Definitely need to eat at least 1200 calories.  I was going under that and on top was running 60 minutes a day...I noticed that when I get the full 1200 calories I seem to take the weight off.  I definitely think that running and cardio help to boost that old metabolism in gear.  I'm still having trouble eating 1200 calories...since I've changed my eating habits I fill up easily.   I could use some suggestions myself.  I have been averaging about 1 to 2 lbs a week.  This week I went down 2 lbs and I didn't do anything different.

Try American Eagle...they have the true size in jeans.  They also come in short, regular, long.  I love them and they are always a perfect fit.  Oprah swears by them.
