just don't work the calves for a while and like others have said- work your upper legs to get better definition up top.

for the record- i have GIANT calves- 16 inches- and they are the same measurement as my upper knee/thigh area- i don't do any calves work beyond what i get in my cardio & trainer workouts that is all residual from working in running/etc... they are what they are- at least it's one part of my body I don't have to train!

nothing wrong with big legs-- some of us women just got em & when they are shapely they are SEXY - so don't fret it girl! embrace the muscle you got!

hey, at least I can knock down a brick wall with my legs- or stand up in a storm- i've been told they should be registered as weapons! deal with it! 

 ugh why did u say that that might make her do it and if i told i wouldnt say starve becuase you dont actually need to just get low amount of protein on a 500 calorie defeict but that would be horrible to do becuase your body need protein to repair muscle tissues and protein does so much more for ur body(like make hemogolbin) so thats why i didnt want to even say it but ya but the cats out of the bag now :( im just hoping she doesnt do it as its not healty and stupid your body is beutiful no1 is going to be looking at your calves

 

edit-also i should have not even put im not going to tell you in my post becuase it got people questioning a very stupid thing to do...so srry to um idk ur name so person who made this thread dont do this idea its dumb

my advice do some weight lifting(upper and lower) and avoid training the calves becuase well decreasing muscle mass isnt the greatest idea. If u really wanted to do but i dont reccomend it at all wait im not even going to tell u because i dont think you should srry

um ok 3-5 reps for strentth 8-12 for building muscle and ya more than 12 is for endurace and doing pme rep every hour would be stupid like ud lift the weight once and set it down that wouldnt do anything lol

 

find or make a weightliting routine for ur basic goals and follow it(id say find one as it seems to me u have no idea what ur doing...but thats ok many people have to start out somewhere

now I can comfortably run 3-4 miles a day. trust me... the first month or so of running can be brutal if you're not used to it, but stick with it! it gets so much easier with time.

ok your a little underweight so dont try and lose weight...my advice to try to get rid of that fat is to try and build some muscle as muscle takes up more space than fat so it might not show as much

idk i guess ur school was poor becuase well public school well we only played sports and games(poor school) but we were taught how to do them and it was a fun and good way for us

 

now in high school its way better. We work hard and have fun doing it. The tests we are told about and the main goal is to do as much as you can do and try to improve. Like we even had to fill out a goal booklet picking goals and how we can obtaine it. Many people in my class have been traing at home to beet those goals.

 

i got 10.7 on the beep test first time around my goal is 12.5 or better. I got 11.5 last time so i get one more chance at it. If i failed i wont be dissapointed i did better. My other goal was to improve my dissapointing shuttle run score. I got 12.5 first time. Second time i got 10.7 betting my goal. Idk maybe i school is special

first thing im going to tell you if u want to maintain you have to eat the same amount of calories your body burns if u eat more than that you will gain weight if less lose simple isnt it?

eating 800 cals a day isnt good women need 1200 minium if sedentary to not starve themselves and teens(idk if ur one but ur posting here so maybe u are) need 1800 cals if sedentary to not starve themselves

the scale isnt the only thing that should be used if ur bf percentage went down 1 you put on some muscle so congrats also your measurements have went down im sure!

teens need 1800 cals if there sedentary to not starve themselves and if ur using the calcualtor suppild by this site its for adults not teens check the forum rules for this setion and theres a calculator for teens there

i reccomend starting strength by mark rippitoe(i might have spelt his name wrong) thing is though he will need a barbell aswell and alot more weight.

ok when u starve ur body the first thing it uses is any glucose you havr to well nurish yourself well after that it uses water so once you start eating more again the water is replenished u see and thats were the 10 pounds came from secondly teens need 1800 cals if there sedentary just to let you know

ok see the people at biggest loser havent worked out in years and even though there on a calorie defeict there going to gain muscle for one reason. There body is shcoked by it. you can gain some muscle when your on a calorie defeict when you havent lifted weights for a long time. Now they did also have muscle underneath there fat becuase thing about it if u were carrying around 300-400 pounds your going to gain muscle.

I gave her his name and said he'll be calling you when he returns. She was like " you know with unemployment so high and blah blah blah you should have more something...I dont' remember now. Then she asked if I was a receptionist. Again I told her that she wasn't going to talk to me like that and then she asked for the corporate office and said she would report me and she then hung up. I sent my manager an email to give him a heads up. These kind of people make me want to just quit because I can't stand them. They make me hate my job because they are so disrespecful and rude! What did she think I could do about us not being listed in the phone book? That is not a decision of anyone here locally I don't think anyway. People are such idiots!!!
