| I asked my doctor for a diet plan. It takes me forever to lose weight. So she gave me the sacred heart diet. She said it is to help me lose weight but not long term. She said do it only for a week and then when you are done swith to a low calorie diet and excercise. I am going to try it. If my doctor gave it to me then why shouldnt I believe her? She is helped me out so far a lot so I am going to go ahead and do it. | |||
