Breakfast: Oatmeal, skimmed milk, Banana, toffee hot chocolate powder, 45g special K (mixed in)

Snack: Cinnamon, rasin bread, 2 Tablespoons of soynut butter, 1 pot of raspberry bio yoghurt.

Lunch: Salad (Mixed greens, carrots, cucumber, red pepper, butterbeans, Quorn chunks and balsamic vinaigrette) 1 mini wholewheat pitta.

Snack: Bear NAKD granola with strawberries, live yoghurt and cinnamon.

Dinner: Roasted peppers stuffed with brown rice, tofu and ratatouille, Green beans and brocolli on the side.

Agruskin: im eating 3500+ and weight gain is SO slow! in the past year and a half ive managed to gain about 8lbs and ive been eating over 2000 the whole time!
God only knows how much im gonna need to maintain.

IVE GROWN! when i was restricting i was 5'2" and now after 1 year, im 5'5"! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA :D!

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skimmed milk, 45g Multigrain rice crispies, toffee hot chocolate powder and banana.

Snack: Nectarine, pineapple, mango (all topped with all bran and honey)

Lunch: Toasted multiseed wholegrain baguette with laughing cow cheese, Quorn ham + cherry tomatoes.

Snack: Cherries, Strawberries + raspberries, dipped in soynut butter and soy nutella.

Dinner: veggie stir fry (sugarsnap peas, baby corn, pepper, beansprouts, noodles, quorn chicken chunks - all in a black bean dressing)

lalabanana: im on 3000+ :| its bloody hard! im so full ALL the time so ive taken to choosing really dense stuff.
and when i say i have dry cereal, i dont just have a serving, i have 100g from a 375g box! ahahahahahahaha!
sounds like alot but its not too filling and it racks me up 400 calories!
