| Weight Loss | The Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital Soup Diet??? | Oct 03 2007 23:11 (UTC) |

| I have tried this and was never weak, in fact quite the other way. The first few days were a bit hard, but then I had a burst of energy and felt great. I lost about ten lbs and did, after several weeks of doing NO calorie counting, gained it back. If I had continued to reduce caloires I am sure it would have stayed off. I think it is safe to do short term to get a jump on weight loss, but ONLY if you plan to stick to a healthy low cal diet after you complete it. It is and was never meant to be a long term diet. | |||
