I started Oct. 4th , 2007 and have lost 32lbs so far, went from a size 8/10 to a size 3/4. If it wasn't for this website I'm not sure I would of accomplished my goal to get down to 120lbs (only 3more to go). Its taught me to eat right, and watch my food portions. I also started working out and drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Its a great feeling and I'm loving life.

I use to eat chips, candy, anything in the snack machine, but not anymore. I keep Rice Cakes, Cashews (if craving salt and only have 1oz) and Apples in my desk... usually have watermelon for breakfast. Lunch is usually a tuna sandwich with avocado, lettuce on rye bread.

| Yep I've lost 20lbs so far and all I do is complain how cold I am all the time.... Had to pull out all the sweaters I own and I wear one everyday. I wear fingerless gloves now, I bought (3 pairs) so I can still type at work. My coat on most of the day, heater behind me at work and the door to my office now closed to keep the room warm. I thought it was the weight loss so I wasn't to worried but I sure hope I naturally warm up soon. How long do you think it will take to get warm again? = ( | |||

I really want to buy a new bathing suit for next summer and a new dress for X-Mas would be great. I've lost 17lbs so far and my clothes are getting baggie on me, so soon I will need to at least buy some new pants (jeans). OH and I haven't treated myself at all to any nice treats... I've told myself once I get to 130 I get to have a banana split. Only 8lbs to go. It will be my breakfast, lunch and snack for the day but it will be worth it. Then it will be back to the usual watching calories to lose the last 7lbs. |
