I did the diet for 2 weeks and I lost half a stone, I didn't find it too hard and I was working out nearly everyday but I had to binge straight after the 2 weeks so I put it all back on :( It wasn't even because I was hungry I was just so bored with what I was eating.

Hi I've recently been to barcelona and there's this amazing vegetarian and vegan chain salad bar type thing. I can't remember the name but you got falafel in a pitta then you could add as much salad and cous cous and other tasty stuff and it was ALL vegetarian. i dunno if it'll be where you're going and I'm sorry I forgot the name, maybe someone else might know.

hey I just did the test and got this result:

Your Results

You have 23.2% body fat.

You have 32.5 Pounds of fat and 107.5 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).

Which is not too bad but then when I tried on this website (http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/bfb) it said this:

Results:
your body fat percentage is estimated to be 24.37 % using the U.S. Navy body fat formula, or 33.31 % using the formula developed by the YMCA.

I have no idea of the accuracy of either of these though. I hoping the first one is more accurate :S

hey, ive always been a vegetarian and right now I can't imagine ever eating meat but a few years ago i wasnt to bothered about gelatin for some reason. i remember one time when i was really little, i said i was vegetarian to the dinnerlady at school and she gave me fish fingers!!!! i didnt say anything to her but i cried so much! i suppose i think the only reason or excuse for eating meat is selfishness.
