I agree with haley, I also used to get really cold all the time and then I upped my calorie intake and now I don't really ever feel cold anymore... except when I drink smoothies like I am right now :) |

Hey helpless, I am definitely in the same boat as you. Every day I keep saying I will start over but I am right in the middle of finals which is always a bad time for me. But I threw away all my trigger foods this morning so I am thinking that I can actually do it this time! |

I hear yah sherea, I have been having problems too. I have binged probably 4 times in the past week. Today WILL be my first day without binging (I am trying desperately to convince myself) and I am trying to go for 18 days because May 19th is my boyfriend and my 6 month anniversary and I would love to feel good about myself :) |

Oh can I please join too! I am 5'4" and I have gone from 140 to 135 since January (obviously slow going) and I need the support! I am trying to get down to at least 125/120. I am totally in! |

Hey bugsylover, I just had my worst bout of binging days ever also. The days before passover I was like, well I have to eat as much bread stuff as possible because I won't be able to have it for a week and then now that passover started I have been eating a ton because that is just what everyone does for seder (it is like 2 nights of thanksgiving in a row). So now I need to really cut back and get back on the wagon. I have a formal dance this thursday and my goal is to loose 1/2- 1 pound by then. Wish me luck! Today is day 1 for me... :) |

I totally hear yah! for me it is my sister. Whenever we are together I overeat. For example, today I was stressed out on an econ test and then afterwards I saw her and she convinced me to "treat" myself and then i/we ended up binging on over 1500 calories of chips and chocolate :( Now I feel gross :( |

One thing that is at every sedar is matzah ball soup and since it is usually served in a clear broth it is not that bad for you. Definitely stick to one matzah ball but enjoy yourself! A lot of passover food is really yummy so go in with an open mind and if you end up calling it a cheat day so be it! :) |

Don't freak out. First of all, your 8 pound weight gain is nothing but retained water weight. It will go away, just give your body a few days to sort itself out. I have been told that binging is your body's way of telling you that you need to eat more so maybe you should reevaluate your eating habits and make sure that you are getting a balanced diet. I would be careful about those parfaits because they have them at my school too and they are with lowfat yogurt but the granola adds a lot of calories. Our dining website has a nutrition facts page and I know that the parfaits are about 530 calories mainly because of the granola. So just be careful! Look on your dining website to see if they have a nutrition facts break down :) p.s. Noah's bagels also has a good one that is below 200 calories :) |

| I hate how much stress affects my eating :( My boyfriend and I have been fighting for the past few days and he left tonight to go back to AZ (I live in Nor Cal). He flew home early because we had been fighting and stuff and so I totally went into major binge mode. I feel sick now and sad and this sucks :( I wasn't good yesterday either, probably also because of stress. So I guess I am back to day 0... :( | |||

Hey y'all, I definitely need this as well. I was doing so well (9 days) and then yesterday I hung out with my sister and she always eats a ton and then I eat a ton and then today I told myself I was going to go back to my usual habits and I ended up eating an entire box of chewy granola bars (10) and half a bag of ritz chips. So yah, I need this support also!! Today I am back down to 0... :( |

| YES!! this totally used to happen to me. my doctor said it was because of poor circulation and i had to stop doing high impact cardio for a bit. so i did for about a month and now i am generally fine. i just try really hard to vary my workouts and only do intense cardio once a week. it is really annoying but it does help... but yah i would definitely see a doctor. ohh and also i heard that it can be caused by an excess in potassium in your blood. do you eat a lot of bananas? that may cause it as well... hope it helps! | |||

| I totally understand what you are going through. I did the yo-yo thing for a long time until I realized that I had to constantly remind myself of my goal. The way I do it is I count the amount of days that I go when I am healthy without overeating in 3 ways. I have a post-it on my comp desktop that I get to update at night if i follow my rules. I have a calendar on my wall I get to mark off and I have a jar that I add a quarter to. I have told myself that every quarter symbolizes a dollar towards an item that I want and so far it has really kept me on track. It is important to write down your goals/ personal rules cause it is good to see everything in black and white. Hope this helps!! | |||

| So yah, I am 5'4 and 138 pounds currently and trying to loose the last 13 and I currently aim for about 1200 a day. Unfortunately I dont have much time for exercise but two times a week I do ballet for an hour and a half. On those days I wonder how much if at all I should increase my intake? | |||

| Oh yah! Non fat plain yogurt is my staple! I eat it with everything. Tonight I had it on soup. You should also try greek yogurt. It is a bit more bitter but has the heavier texture of sour cream. It also has less calories! Yum! | |||

hey, I hear yah. I am 5'5 and currently fluctuate between 135-145 and I would love to get back down to my 120 weight before college. It sucks because I always think, well I look this way now but since I weighed less before I am sure I could get back to that initial weight after college. I need to realize that the change starts today and I need to commit whole heartedly! |
