I can't see her at all....I can't even find her when I search by screen name----does anyone know how to resolve this. Sorry it took me a while to reply----I lost my dog this weekend but we found him--YAY.

I always thought that turkey burgers would be gross even though I never tried one-----then I saw this show "Just Cook This" on discovery Health where the guy made some turkey burgers and they looked sooooooo good. Anyhow, I tried to make it myself and it was so scrumptious!! So.... get some ground turkey and throw in some cracked pepper and a BUNCH of spices----mine had a store bought mix (rosemary, sage, thyme, basil, bay, marjoram) mix it up really well and then split up into little 100gram meatball size things then saute a bunch of strips of red onion in just a tiny bit of olive oil or PAM spray ---whichever(don't overcook) then hollow out a hole in the top of the turkey meatballs and stuff about a spoonful of the onions and just a small dab of bbq sauce into the middle of each one Form the meat back around the stuffing and also slightly flatten them If you have a barbecue grill get it real nice and hot before putting them on the grill ----leave on one side until you have some real nice grill marks and they are browned-----then flip once until done these are the best things I have ever tasted and sooooo low cal
