One patty is about 450 calories. I'm not sure about the coco bread. It is usually very buttery so I assume at least 400 cals. |

I think high fructose corn syrup like splenda in that it messes with the body's ability to recognize being satisfied. Not good when you are trying to lose weight. |

This may be bad, but sometimes you need it. Check out any candy/ chocalate bar but in the 'mini' version. Very good when you are craving and it doesn't destroy your entire day. |

Can't selectively burn fat. But the good thing about the abs is that when you work them, they seem to zip up and pull in instead of getting bigger like other muscles (especially if you aren't adding extra weight). So it kinda does give you a flatter tummy. I agree with everyone else with including other moves. I think the leg lifts are great. I'm not good at describing exercises either, but it the one where you hang on to these bars and rest your back against a back rest with your legs dangling, then you lift them either bending your knees or straight out. They work really well for me. Also, the crunches on the ball and bicylce cruches are proven to be some of the most effective when done in proper form. Good luck |

Wow, that company seems amazing! I just wish the sizes went a tad bit smaller because when I lose to my liking, I will probably be just a little under their size 4 (since they say extreme hourglasses should go a size smaller according to their size charts). They should get a size 2 and 0 for the really tiny curvy girls. Still love it. I'm thinking of trying some now that I can still fit. Thanks for the info jnetta! |

Frying.
Did it 3 years ago and got a burn that is still there.
Thought I was super woman/super girlfriend and tried to cook breakfast for my boyfriend in the nude. 'Nother scar that is, bigger, badder and not going away. Smack dab on my tummy. |

I purchased 'curvy' in gap in a size 4. It is so frustrating to buy clothes because I am an extreme hourglass. Currently 25 inch waist 40 hips (I don't know my measurements back then, but I was the same proportions). So yes, non-fat girls do buy 'curvy'. I wish more companies had 'curvy'. I can't buy shorts at H and M because the waist sizes go up but not the hips or thighs. I end up only fitting into a size 31 (waist) on my thighs, but having such a huge gap at the waist that it's not wearable. My BF loves my curves btw. Whenever he finds out I'm losing weight, he reiterates, "make sure you do your squats so you can keep your butt." |

Ugh, I think I just need to hide the scale because I'm jumping all over the place and it's depressing. Yesterday was a good day in terms of exercise. I did, however, eat some icecream at night while strolling in time square. I shared a like it portion of cold stone french vanilla. My portion was about 200 calories or so. I put banana as the topping. I still managed to stay in the 1300s as was the plan seeing that I drank 2 cocktails the night before and was trying to make up for it. I'm just confused about the scale. It seems like whenever I have a hard work out it goes up and when I don't it goes way down. It's like negative reinforcement at its best. Frustrated and off to hide the scale. |

Yesterday was bad. I had a work lunch where we ordered Thai food, and boy did I eat. After work I went out with some ladies and had 2 cocktails and this smoked salmon dish that shouldn't be too bad, but I just hate when I don't know the exact calories. Who knows what type of fattening things those chefs put in their perfectly nutritious foods to make it taste good. Anyway, today is a new day. I'm doing a hard workout today so hopefully the damage will not be too bad. B: peaches L: chicken pita wrap S: more peaches D: dry tuna sandwich on multigrain E: cardio to burn 450 calories and squats |

I think it is just a matter of how much weight you will lose in a given amount of time. Sure you may lose, but with a lot more effort and while messing up your metabolism. |

I stepped on the scale and I 'gained weight' even though I have been being super careful. This is sooo frustrating. 5'7" sticking around 1300 calories and doing light excercise (since I tend to bulk easily). What am I doing wrong?? Anyway, I've decided to up my calories just a tinge. Today: B: 3 egg whites 1 1/4 yolk + 2 waffles and fruit spread S: yogurt L: turkey wrap and throw caution to the wind with some sunchips D: herb roasted potato and chicken breast I think I'll have 2 glasses of sherry tonight. E: Salsa class for an hour today + going out to dance later |

The Menu BF: Drinkable yogurt + banana S: banana L: turkey wrap + baked lays S: 1 cup strawberries D: whole wheat penne and ground turkey sauce E: 40 minute walk at lunch, 30 minute treadmill, arm toning routine. |
