| I'm here to gain weight. I just joined. I was thinking the same thing as far as everyone being on here for weight loss. I am going to use the food logs as a way of planning my calorie intake. I used the tools to calculate how many calories I need to intake per day in order to achieve my weight gain goal. My goal is to gain 2 lbs per week over the course of the next six weeks. We'll see what happens. | |||

| I completely that it is just as hard if not harder to gain weight than to lose it. I've been trying to gain weight for years and the most weight I have ever had has been 107lbs. I down to 103lbs and am trying to gain once again. | |||
