What's up?? :) I'm Sarah, I'll be 28 in about two weeks. I wish I could say the same about gaining and losing the same 20 pounds over and over again... 45 lbs have snuck up on me since college, and up until this past October, I have never really seriously dieted. I found this website, started logging in most of what I eat, trying to stay under about 1600-1700 calories a day. I've lost 15 lbs in three months, which is awesome, but I still have about 30 lbs to go. Megain or duskrunner, are you exercising at all? (I'm not!) |
