It's okay, I've lost about fifteen and was feeling great, but because people see me very regularly and it was such a gradual change, they didn't say anything.

It's only when old pictures are brought out does anyone mention it.
It's totally normal.

tracey, Im with you. I hate water too. It either has to be really hot with lemon in it or really really cold before I can drink it. Its not about the taste. Ive always been that way. Mom use to have to put sugar in my bottle when the doctor told her to give me water. If she didn't I would end up throwing it up. I don't know why, I just did. I still do if its not really cold or hot with lemon.

I spent years drinking as much Mt Dew in one day as I was suppose to drink water. Two weeks ago, I discovered Lipton White Tea. Diet version has no calories, Regular has 60 per serving which is 50 less than a serving of Mt. Dew. Even drinking regular, I was saving myself around 300 calories a day.

It comes in two flavors Raspberry and Peach Papaya. The regular tea has calories because it has High Frutous Corn Syrup. The Diet doesn't. I'm not really sure what they use to sweeten it. I know its not Nutrasweet or Saccryn. It doesn't have the same after taste.

It has the added bonus of being white tea which if your say taking Hydroxycut or some other form of weightloss pill that uses Tea, I would recommend you stop, lessen the dose or at least remember to take the pills with water and not the tea. To much of the tea at once can give you a doozy of a headache.

I haven't really noticed the loss of the sugar but I have noticed the increase in my energy levels. I was in binge and crash mode with the sugar. Which isn't good since my mother has Hypoglocimia and My father had Diabietes. Both blood sugar problems just on opposit ends of the spectrum. I tend to lean more toward my mothers problem and knew sooner or later I was going to crash and not get back up for a good long while.

The tea has saved me that. I don't feel the least bit deprived having switched.

I ALSO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

So delicious, and so much better for you. No HFCS, low calorie, and just plain yummy. n.n
But, naturally, water is the smartest choice.
I used to be a naysayer of water, but it actually has a lot of other positive properties aside from weight loss, such as clearing up skin problems and just feeling better.

Weight Loss anyone else around 5'7....160 lbs....tryin to lose at least 20 lbs Jun 20 2008

I'm 5'8" and 155 lbs.

I used to be 135 lbs during a severe depression (lack of apetite) and then I ballooned to bigger than I've ever been (170 lbs).
But apparently, 135 lbs was underweight.
So I'm aiming for 140ish.

Here's hoping!

I just found out today that I'm allergic to the sulfur in eggs. xD So it's really not going to be an issue much longer.

THANKS FOR ALL THE ADVICE GUYS! :]

Eek!
I know the feeling.
Try and relax. Having stress causes one to hold onto fat more than when they're at ease.
Also, you should be trying to eat around 1200 calories a day, unless otherwise specified by your doctor.
Anything lower usually results in a drastically slow metabolism.
Hang in there!

As someone who has tried multiple kinds of diet pills, I can tell you that most either work temporarily and make you feel AWFUL, or don't work at all and make you feel awful (emotionally).

I tried RapidSlim. While I did lose five pounds in three days, I was out of school for two weeks because I couldn't stop shaking and vomiting. It was absolutely horrific. Naturally, I gained it back after I was well again. I have heart flutterings to this day. I've tried other pills, which have proved pointless. Instead, I have turned to lighter forms of pills, which are actually supplements. And they AREN'T jam-packed with caffiene and selenium.

Right now, I've been taking Green Tea Fat Burner from Applied Nutrition. The natural caffine in the green tea is the perfect amount. I have yet to feel any shakiness, sickness, or ill side effects. And you can pull it right off the shelf at places like WalMart. I would definitely recommend it.

But, there really isn't any way to lose weight without good food intake and exercise. In short, make sure you read the labels for projected weight loss, as some pills are a small step below crack, to put it frankly. And keep counting calories.
