try prilosec otc (sp?), I had really bad heartburn and it got rid of it in 2 weeks, it is kinda hard to remember them when you don't actuallly have heartburn at that moment (you have to take it everyday) but it should work if you do remember. I didn't have heartburn for like 2-3 months after I took it.

Hello and congrads on your weight loss to both of you.

The Lounge Sensitive Subject -- No offence to anyone, but need advice for the problem Jul 22 2008

I kind of understand too. when I was a "big girl" I was a little peeved at skinny girls just because they were thin. I know it wasn't right but I wasn't rude or anything, I was always nice to them it was just something in the back of my mind. Now after loosing most of the weight I've wanted to I find a few people giving me attitude like they are mad at me for finally loosing the weight, I know they are just still upset at themselves like I was and need someone to be upset with and they haven't figured out that they have to take responsibility for themselves.

I'm not saying that that is whats happening in your situation but it's a possibility

The Lounge I have an interview tomorrow... Jul 22 2008

Just relax and be confident when you walk in the door, Greet them with a good handshake and just telling them what they want to hear, thats how I've gotten through quite a few and have always gotten a call back.

I'M IN!!!

I've had a bad few days and am going camping this weekend and really don't want to binge. I too am an emotional eater and have been under some severe stress because of getting a new job and having a 3.5 year old son and carbs and sweets (more carbs) are usually my vice. So tomorrow is DAY 1 of No binging!! GO US!!

I have to admit to having complemented a couple of ladies in my time, but not so graphic as to say "nice ass" or anything as infantile.  I have literally done this to only 2 total strangers in my life, on seperate occassions.  To say they were gorgeous, or sexy just didn't do them justice, they were perfection.  The combination of the way they looked, the way they were dressed, and even the expression on their face, was a wonder to behold honestly.

The last one was on a train, we were both on the same platform, boarded the train, and I waited to comment until just before I was getting off.  I said something like "Hi, I hope you don't mind me saying, but you have made my day, you look so beautiful you almost glow, you have been a ray of sunshine in an otherwise dull day, thank you for that."  I am happy to say she smiled rather than looked freaked out!  I told her I was getting off, wished her the best for the rest of the day and got off the train.

Quite possibly one of the lamest things I have ever heard...

I think if a guy did this I would be a little freaked out at first but when they actually got off the train I would be glowing all day from the nice compliment

The Lounge worst insult you ever got because of your weight.... Jul 22 2008

Wow I don't know the which was the "most insulting" but I got teased all through school. I'm quite sensitive and these things just always stay with me, leading to a very insecure person and the "binge eating" I used to do. I used to come home crying most days and it eventually led me to quit school. I did eventually get my GED and hopefully will go to college in the next few years but anyway...

When I was in like 3rd grade when we would line up at the beggining of school (we would go from outside to our class) every kid infront of me would look back at me and say "eww" and then go to the back of the line, so I would always be the first one in line by the end of it. That was a good 25 kids that all did it and that really hurt. they always just avoided me like I had the plague or something

the usual kid screaming "EARTHQUAKE" if I ever ran or jumped at recess

In 6th grade I had this kid in my science class that would hold up signs saying "You are HUGE" and all those lovely things. (note: he did later appologize for that but I still remember crying about it)

A few kids in middle school had a poem they used to SCREAM it was:

Eliza, Budwiser, who eats fertilizer. (lovely isn't it)(note: Eliza is my name)

Since though I have attempted to put these things behind me and am currently at age 21 5'5" at 138ish or about the same weight that I was when I was 11 but I'm taller now lol. But I am still trying to gain self confidence, all those comments really did take there toll on my self-esteem.

I found this. It may help. If you don't find what your looking for just google "Federal break laws" thats all I did and I found a few things. (actually I used ask.com but same thing pretty much)

edit: you could also put whatever state you live in instead of "federal" and get more spicific laws for your area
