Thanks Amy! Will do that, progress on my own pace.. I feel Jillian should have given a system or atleast a method for beginners.. Yeah I have also not tried 2 togther till now, have serious doubt on my ability to do that Laughing...

Hi guys!! 

My DVD arrived yest., I tired it out today.. Its really tough, but i have a doubt, how you are supposed to go from level 1 to 2 to 3. You just do how much you can or is there a system. I just did level 1 today and so for tommorow shall I do level 1 and 2 and progress like tat???????????????

Would appreciate answers...

Hi tygrkat, 

Even this is mine second time in CC. I have lost few pounds and then went off gained it back.. Its really aweome you lost 40 pounds and you are maintaining it.. I have never lost weight if you ask me.. I am the same.. Even I have difficulties maintaing the calorie counts..

After reading so many good things abt it, I finally got the dvd too. mine i think will come sometime this weekend. I hope it works on me as it did for all you..

Hi,

I know it must be diffcult to find vegetarian recipes, have you ever tried any other cusine like indian or italian or mexican.. As Calcounter86 says you may have to strat relearning cooking.. 

I am an indian we have millions of vegetarian recipes. My friends have tried few and really liked them. I can give you some links, if you want to give it a try.

I am a eggitarian, I don't eat any meat or fish just vegetables. I became a vegetarian in my teens and never turned back. I just cant  imagine myself eating meat even though my husband loves nonveg. 

I decided to become a vegetarian after watching Menaka Gandhi, India's most eminent animal right activist. She is a true vegan but I can't give up diary and eggs. So I jus gave up meat. 

I used to watch my mom and grandma clean fish and prep meat, I never liked it. And I even saw few goats being slaughtered after all that, those never images my mind. 

I recently used mushrooms to subsitute lamb meat in a lamb curry and after that now I can't even eat mushrooms...

Me too! I always thought I have this strange notion in my mind only but glad to know its normal.. Even I have issues of balance on treadmill, I like elliptical too..

Hi all, 

I use firm bootcamp, was wondering is it good enough? I am not a regular workout person but want to start working out daily. So wanted to know is firm ok or should I go for something much better.

Doing things as a group would be really helpfull for me; atleast I will try to  be motivated.. Hmm, I am 5' 6 and weight 177 pounds, whereas my ideal weight should be somewhere in 130- 140 range. I really want to get to lose almost 50 pounds by Sep this yr. I know its a really a short time span, but I do want to weigh that on that day..

Hii.. I desperately want to lose 6o lbs.. I am 180 which way too much then my healthy weight.. I would want to start with u guys, hopin that doing it in a group will keep me displinced. As I have no control on wat I eat. If I get bored I eat to kill time. This munching habit has kept me overweight 4 ages. I really want to lose it be4 my bday next yr, which I am hopin from past 5 yrs, :( need less to say it never happened.
