| I also have a Polar, and in the manual it advises you not to press the buttons while the wrist unit is actually in water, to prevent water from getting inside. Otherwise, you should be just fine. | |||
| Weight Loss | While fallowing your diet the longest you've gone without losing weight? | Jan 27 2008 01:12 (UTC) |

For me I can go for about 10 days without losing any weight, then all of a sudden a couple of pounds will come off in a couple of days. It's one of the things I like about the calorie counting system - it lets me know I'm doing the right thing even when I'm not seeing immediate results. I just keep going, knowing eventually I'll come out of my stall or plateau and drop a few more pounds. Keep up the good work!

| I like hummus, lettuce, onion and tomato in a whole wheat pita (or wrap.) I squeeze a little fresh lemon juice over the vegetables first. | |||

This dish is also known as Ma Po Tofu. The information on PF Chang's website has calorie information for their vegetarian version. You could use it as a guide, I suppose.

That's funny, I was just coming here to post a link to "Lunch in a Box!" I'm a big fan of bentos myself. It's fun to get creative with them. They're great for dieters with the dual benefits of portion control and attractive presentation. The photo blog group Vegan Bento over at Flickr will give you loads of ideas. I'd also suggest to Chelseagirl to invest in a really good Thermos. Here in the U.S. they will run about $18, but they do last for years and will actually keep your food hot until lunchtime, unlike the cheaper versions. |

1 cup is equal to .24 liters, or 8 fluid ounces if you have any old measuring cups around. Hope this helps! |

| Use the little blue button that is in front of the food item in your log. This allows you to "add again." On the next page you can change the date, meal or amount. | |||
