This may be a dumb question- How do you air pop it? All I have a is one of those popcorn makers that you have to put oil on the bottom. |

how'd you do?? I ran the whole entire thing! My time was 1:36, so I kept it at a 10 min/mile pace.. I'm so impressed with myself! but I've been dead all day.. |

I'm running it!! I'm freaking out about it, I never made it to 10 miles before.. I'm hoping that I can do it. I think for breakfast i was going to have oatmeal and a banana. |

thanks for the responses... I really hope no one ever has to go through this. I just can't grasp the fact that my dad was living and breathing saturday at my brothers basketball game and w/in 12 hours he was gone. Stay healthy! |

I was so excited for this episode. I was just saying the other week how annoying it is that they don't make an effort to emphasize the nutrition aspect of the show. I'm all for the exercise part because its really inspiring, but I always wondered what their diet was like. |

salads are my new obsession. This week I've been adding roasted/sauteed veggies (onion, red pepper, mushrooms, etc.). I use the olive oil I cook them in as a dressing and add feta in top so it melts a little. Its delish. I also like adding dried cranberries and avacados. speaking of avacados... is it possible to only use part of one and save the rest for later w/o it turning nasty and brown? |

I'm so excited that I discovered this forum. I went to the dr's for this and she had no idea what was wrong. When I explained the symptoms (my hands turn completely white whenever I'm cold) she acted like this was so rare and said "I'm sure it's just bad circulation.." But this is so exicting that I'm not the only "freak" (as my roomies say) out there. Its the creepiest thing and I hate it. I'm dying to go skiing but I hate the fact that within 5 minutest I can no longer feel my hands or feet. So thanks for the info! |

I understand ur problem 100%. I started ducktaping my cabinets it got so bad... in my mind eating food at night will make me feel better in the morning (it doesn't). Last night I had a 100 Grand bar, frosting, slice of bread, and walnuts. I hated myself this morning!! Sorry I cant offer any advice, other than ducktape |

i have that same exact problem right now.. ugh i hate it! i used to make popcorn since you can snack over a long period of time.. but then i pretty much got addicted and would make huge bowls of popcorn ever day (eventually it adds up). my new plan is to stay away from the kitchen and search CC as a study break. I also keep a huge cup of water with me. |

i LOVE peanut butter. it just makes everything taste 100 times better. i usually try to get my cravings out in the morning: toast w/ pb and jelly, or pb and banana, or i make plain oatmeal and put a tablespoon of pb in it with raisins. delish! and after that hide it! and wait till the next morning. |

I'm a huge fan of Gilad's Total Body Workout. If you have FitTV he's on that in the morning and evening. He switches it up and includes squats, kickboxing, lundges, toning with weights/resistant bands, and ends with an ab workout. I'm always sore the next day. I also am dying to try HipHop Abs, from the infomercials... but havent had the chance yet. Yoga-Booty-Ballet is ok, I think I burn the most calories just from laughing at myself. |

im so glad u started this.. i have the same exact problem and i can't stand trying to explain this to other people who NEVER crave sweets. But lately i've been a fan of lollipops. they last for a long time and def hit your sweet tooth. If you crave fruity sweets try the jolly rancher or blow-pop kinds, but i'm a chocoholic so im a huge fan of tootie roll pop. this time of the year is also great for those carmel apple lollipops (heaven!). dum dums are also classic i also found that a cup of tea helps too- warms u up and fills u up |

| The reason for being on birth control has very little to do with sex. I had very severe PMS to the extent of vomitting during the first few days, the birth control releved a lot of the symptons and made that "time of the month" liveable. I just wanted to see if anyone else had similar reactions with the NovaRing.. | |||
