i had this happen after being on a pretty extreme diet for a couple months.. but i also had pain in my lower back(felt muscular like you describe ur ab pain).. i went to the GI doctor got a tube down my throat.. they told me my stomach lining was inflamed due to not eating enough.. basically causing the stomach acid to irritate the lining.. it was extremely painful.. and i couldnt go to the bathroom.. i had all the same symptoms as you.. no sleep VERY bloated feeling.. and muchhh worst after eating to the point it would make me not want to even attempt to eat...

although the anti acids did not help me.. i started eating again and a normal amount and the problem eventually faded.

not saying this is def it... but it sounds just like my problem.. i hope you get well.. this prob sucks!!!!!!

i was on one because i needed to lose weight a bit quick..

im not here to tell you the science im sure youve looked that up ;).. but just from personal experience..

its is by no means easy to stick with.. i was extremely low carb though.. under 10 a day..

and if you decide its too hard to stick with forever.. you will gain very fast.. as i am in that stage right now and hate it..

think about how long you plan on sticking it.. if your thought is "ill lose the 10 pounds and then ill be ok to eat normal again"... dont do it..

do something you are positive you can stick with..

whichever you decide.. good luck!

thank you so much!. i started with 20 minutes of cardio today.. it has been a while since ive worked out..so ill take it slower the first week.. your advice is much appreciated!

thanks guys! im paid to look more of a masha tyelna.. skin and bones. or as close to it as possible.. which is unfortunate.. but its life.. ill never be that but id like to def lower my body fat and just look good in general.. i have about an inch and a half to lose in my hips.. and the same on my waist

my biggest problem with weight loss is my fear of eating the suggested amount of calories.. my diet previously was very restrictive and it brought me to the weight i am now.. im afraid since it was so restrictive in the past .. adding calories (even up to the amount for weight loss) will cause me to gain weight.  ive gotten to the point of weighing everyday several times a day for no reason but obsession. i know weighing everyday is pointless becuase you wont truely see a difference but even seeing a 1 pound difference makes me upset almost to the point of crying.. i need help. and some reasurance that i wont gain weight. im trying to force myself to believe that this calorie number is exceptable but its really hard.
