Yes, I do. I go to stores like Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods, where there are other options, better tasting options.

It sounds as if you are sensibly maintaining. I believe you are at a healthy weight for your height.

I'm curious as to why you want to be thinner.

Hi.

To me, it doesn't sound as if you are fat. It sounds as if you have a "figure".

Junk food is so accessible--I need to cut down on the sugar. I exercise a lot because I have to: I don't have a car, so I walk all the time--My pedometer helps me do that.

You didn't say how tall you are. I would google bmi and see where you fit in on the chart.

From the time I was about 9 (or even younger) I was worried about weight, especially because my mom was always dieting and I was on a gymnastics team. Oh, my gosh! I always thought I was fat. It turned out that I was really underweight for most of my life, no matter how much I ate.

I wish someone had saved me from a life of Worrying about my curves! At least I'm at a healthy weight and quite happy now.
