Nov 11th starting weight: 193 (oct 28th) starting weight this week: 188lbs ending weight this week: 187.5lbs total lbs lost this week: .5 total lbs lost: 5.5lbs goal for next weigh in: 2lbs I thought 5lbs last week was a little high and I was right, Monday the scale had jumped back up to 189.5 and stayed there until Thursday. Since Thursday it had been dropping slowly to yesterdays weight. Today was the same so I feel fairly confident in this weeks weigh in. My goal this week is to exercise more, I really slacked off last week! |
