It's ok, probably just muscle.  Have you figured out how many calories your body needs to keep functioning?  Maybe you aren't eating enough.  Don't give up.

  2. Highest Weight EVER:   345
  3. Mini-Goals: 1st Goal Weight: 10 lbs 
  4. ULTIMATE Goal Weight:  139 lbs
  5. Plan: fruits, vegies, multigrains and less red meat.  I know I need to do this but some days I can't seem to keep food out of my mouth, so if I must eat I plan on eating vegies  Am concerned about know how and where to find good protein sources.  Still doing research.
