I would also reccoment the Odwalla bars.
The super-protein, peanut peanut-butter, and berries go-mega ones are the best for replacing meals. |

Cinnamon is delicious with it (though I do add a little honey too)
Also it's amazing if you spread it heavily on apple slices with cinnamon on top. |

I love them...they're great with marinara sauce on them. Just make sure you rinse them and dry them really well. |

You can "tag" the item once you've filled out the form once.
When it appears on your food log, hit the little orange "T" and you can store it to your tagged items. Thus, you'll never have to fill out the form again. |

| Foods | What's your favorite way to eat Greek yogurt? | Dec 31 2008 03:28 (UTC) |

Add honey, it's delicious.
You can start by adding a large amount, and slowly decrease the amount you add. At first I hated the taste of Greek yogurt, now I can eat it almost plain. |

Original Post by kaffwynn: Because they also have "crunchy" granola bars, which are make the "chewy" ones seem very chewy. |

I love them. Especially the honey almond flax; I love that they're lower in sugar than most granola bars, plus they have whole almonds in them...yum! |

.5 cup all bran + .5 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze + cinnamon = 100 calories of pure, satisfying deliciousness! |

Some mexican restaurants have a chicken dish that is like half a chicken marinated in spices, usually served with rice and beans. You could get this and put half of it in a to-go container. |

You can ask if they'll make egg-white omlettes with veggies. Those are always delicious and filling! If they can't do that, you can get a regular omlette with no cheese or meat...just veggies. |

Sweet: I loooovvvveee Stonyfield Farm vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt. It's only 100 calories per serving and it tastes just as good as the Hagen Daaz 300-calorie-per-serving vanilla.
Salty: I dip large celery hearts into spicy salsa. It has the same crunch and spice as chips-and-salsa with very few calories. |

Instead of getting a food scale, you can always divide the box into 8 equal zip-lock bags when you first get it. Then you know that each of these is 1 serving. |

| Foods | TEA | May 11 2008 01:55 (UTC) |

Green tea might take some getting used to. I either have mine plain or with a squeeze of fresh lime in it. Sweet Dreams is a lovely blend that most of my guests enjoy when I serve it. Country Peach Passion is also really good for non-tea drinkers. It's really fruity. I would also suggest buying the Seasonings Herb Tea Sampler. You may not like all the teas, but it will give you a sense.
I LOVE Chai tea with a teaspoon of sugar and 1/4 cup milk. I would highly suggest trying it (maybe prepared at a coffee shop?)
I would just sample many teas, and find which ones you like. Don't get discouraged if you doing find "the one" right away...everyone has different tastes. Also, other teas may grow on you (I didn't like green at first).
Once you find ones you like, then venture into the more exotic teas. |

No I don't have a food scale. I get a lot of food from a cafeteria where they "scoop" a bunch of stuff...not just ice cream (like mashed potatoes, stuffing, etc.), and I never know how to log it. |
