| I have a similar issue. While it is not with food, it is with liquids. I drink plenty of water during the day(at least 8 glasses, more like 10 glasses on the regular) but for some reason i wake during the night and need a drink. Water doesn't do it because if i drink water i cant go back to sleep. I need sugar. I tried many things and nothing seems to work. It just sucks that while being so calorie consciouses during the day can go out the window at night. | |||

| Id rather run outside and play sports rather than go to the gym but since it is cold out now im forced to hit the gym. As soon as it gets warmer i will be outside all the time | |||

| I'm not gonna have access to a gym for 3 weeks. Can anyone recommend exercises besides running and crunches. This sucks not having access to a gym for this long of a time period. There is a park near by so i can go run in the park but besides that what else can i do??? | |||

| I wana gt down to 190ish.. This sucks but gotta do it. I was good for a while then got really lazy and didnt go to the gym for 2 weeks which is so bad. Back on it now though | |||
