| i confess...... i pawn my junk food off on my bro alllllll the time, he's 20, super skinny and eats whatever he wants....i even put cookies and chips into his bookbag when we was leaving for college so they wouldn't be home and be a temptation for me......lol also - i sorta do this at work with my co-workers....the other 2 girls in my dep't and i are all eating healthy and dieting so when we have "socials" we always skip the cake and cut extra big slices for other departments.....i guess it's sneaky, it makes us laugh....they don't have to eat it, but they always end up eating it |

| Another good crystal light drink is Watermelon Vodka with Crystal Light Lemonade!!! I drank soooo many of them in college that i can't drink crystal light lemonade anymore because i still taste alcohol in it, even when i don't put any in lol One trick i used at school was to put one shot in a water bottle then fill the rest of the large water bottle with lemonade....that way people still think you're drinking but with wayyyy less calories....then once the others are drunk they won't notice what you're doing haha also - i plan on being the DD this friday....im hoping it works, so i dont have to waste calories....i'm on a roll and don't want this to be the end of it |

| sorry i haven't been around for the least two postings...my spring break was last week and I was in the poconos (eating WAY too much) with my fam and I've been home the rest of the time....I'll post this friday....but i have a LOT of exercise I need to do....ughhh it just frusterates me on how much I eat when I'm at home....i was doing sooo well at school, then when i get home I relax and just eat whatever...eghh | |||

i binged today....and yesterday....but i did so because i've been sick and i feel like rewarding myself because i dont feel good....ughh hopefully i'll feel better soon so i can get back to eating healthy question....I've had a cold the past couple of days, but i've been able to do a little bit of exercising, followed by napping and laying around in bed....should i lower my calorie intake because i'm inactive, or should i keep it around my usual active intake....do i need the same amount of calories because my body is fighting the cold? or am i just trying to make excuses for myself to eat more? |

| when i have people over my appartment to drink....i will mix watermelon vodka with lemonade crystal light....and sometimes i will put it in a water bottle....sooo, if im really motivated i might put 1-1.5 shots in the large water bottle and fill the rest with crystal light and a little water....when i drink out of that no one notice's how much i'm drinking and they're getting drunk at the same time....when i go out to bars I usually drink light beer...1-because there's about 100 calories per beer and 2-i don't really like the taste of beer and it makes me drink slower and less beers in total :) | |||

| i tried walking through the baby food section when i was at the food store the other day....but i kept feeling like people were staring at me....i'm only 21 years old, and dont have a child...i dont know if it was just in my mind....but i was kind of afraid i would see someone i knew while i was in the aisle....so i just tried to take quick peeks as i walked by and didn't end up getting anything | |||

| mrswuktisch - i know exactly how you feel....when im looking in the fridge and see cold pasta...it tastes soooo good to eat right out of the container...lately i've just been making enough pasta for one meal and not leaving any extra around....but it tastes oh so good haha | |||

| lovelystate - i know exactly how you feel....after dinner today i went to the gym becuase i was so mad at myself and did 80 mins of cardio....i wanted to burn off as much as i could and hopefully today will be a "maintain" day instead of a gain or lose day thanks for the advice |

| i hate to admit it.....but i binged as well today!!! blehhh....i started off good this morning, had a salad and fruit for lunch.....then i had a chocolate fondue at work today for the residents (i work at a retirement home), so i had a few bites of that....then had some chocolate kisses when my boss told me to pass around the basket of kisses......then once i got back to my room and saw my roomie go out with her boyfriend for valentines day....i just started eating and eating....ahhh i know its emotional eating.....but ive been eating so well for about a month now(minus superbowl sunday).....bahhh.....should i eat less calories tomorrow to make up for today, then get back to normal eating on friday??? any suggestions?? or should i just get back to the normal plan tomorrow?? | |||

| I know exactly how you feel!!! I am 5'7" and was 130 in high school and now im a senior in college and weigh 160 now (ive lost 5 lbs so far from cc)....it's all the drinking and late night junk food runs, and always having junk food around school....i've been trying to be really good now, but its hard when my roommates still eat junk and i want to enjoy my senior year before its over by going out and having a good time | |||

| i dont think the chocolate icing was a binge.....if it fit into your calorie goal, then you're fine....i plan ahead when i want to eat chocolate and things like that....for example, on fat tuesday i bought one of those betty crocker's warm delights brownies, and i'm going to eat a little light that day so I can eat that for dessert because im giving up chocolate for lent....so as long as its reasonable, its not binging | |||

| hahaha some of those posts crack me up....food porn!! lol and i like how donuts were referred to as "fat pills" very good advice....i def won't look at a donut, or a starbucks pastry the same way after reading all of these posts :) |

| how many calories is a normal slice of pizza? for example, I order a large cheese pizza, how much is one slice? i tried looking it up, but I can't seem to find what i'm looking for....also - if i ordered a regular pizza with no cheese, just sauce and dough how many calories is that? (i can just add the calories for the veggies) but i wanted to know how much the dough and sauce are typically. | |||

| i definitely understand what everyone is talking about....everyone weekend i get so nervous that i'm going to be put into a situation that i won't be able to control what i eat...i'm still in college, where junk food and alcohol is prevalent....which is probably why i put on a few extra pounds....i want to be able to enjoy the weekend and not be so nervous about binging....last friday i was good, i made crystal light lemonade and measured the amount of shots i put into my drink and told myself i can only have three and not to eat the food....i figured with everyone else drink and me still drinking something no one will notice....it worked that day, but then on saturday i ended up eating pizza for dinner followed by 6 beers :/ I think if we keep everyone motivated we can stop these binges and finally lose the weight we all want soooo badly!!!! | |||

| missabear - that sounds great....i have been motivated lately....i even suprised myself when after superbowl sunday i but on a few pounds, but i kept on my diet that next monday....i find that the weekends tend to be the hardest....i have my routine set for the weekdays, but once the weekends hits...its tough stuff! | |||

| i found mini bagels in the store that are only 130 calories each....i get the cinn. raisin ones, that way i dont need to put any spread on it and it tastes yummy.....i usually eat one of those along with a bowl of special k cereal....i like the red berries and also the yogurt and berry variety....verrrry good | |||

| i'm 5'7" and currently at 160, highest was 165.....i want to get to 135....I am giving myself presents every time I lose 5 pounds, mainly shoes :) i told myself if I at least stay at 160 by monday (which means after sunday night's superbowl party) i'm ordering a nice new pair of sandals I found online | |||
