Sun123,Thanks for the warm welcome!I was just wondering how the no smoking was going for you?It was one of my many new years resolutions to quit,but i feel like theres no way i could diet AND quit smoking at the same time.Last time i quit was when i found out i was pregnant with my son and i gained ALOT of weight.Do you have any tips or suggestions? BTW,congrats on your weight loss!!!! Im glad i found this group,Everybody here seems very inspiring and supportive!! |
