I am 5'3 and yo-yo-ing between 124 and 128. I wear a 4 in dresses and a size 4-5 in jeans. At Express though I am a size 2!!! :)

Found this on a website:

1. started a food/exercise/weight diary... I wrote down how many calories i ate every day.. how much i exercised and i weighed myself every day.

also, I tried to eat "high-volume foods"...so you feel more full and it takes longer to eat, but you ingest fewer calories for example- lots of vegetables are high volume...and watermelon too

eat tons of fruits and vegetables eat protein do not be afraid to eat carrots, beans and a piece of chicken for lunch

each a lot of fiber...this helps you feel full...[lots of cereals are "high fiber"]...and eating a lot of fiber also helps stops your blood sugar from spiking...

I also did not eat very many deserts or sweets- but i didnt say NO to everything- once a week, i would eat a reasonable serving of ice cream- but this would be my dinner

just remember, if you want to lose that much weight quickly, you need to make drastic, and i mean drastic changes in your diet...this type of goal requires extreme discipline...but dont worry, you can do it...I did..

I gave up sugar- all sugar. Processed, added, fake, real...whatever. I gave it up and it has been pretty hard. I am sticking with it though.

Don't forget to call in and request that your interest be lowered! Sometimes they will lower it because you pay your bills on time and other times they will lower it just because you ask them to!

I always eat breakfast. I find that if I don't eat it then I end up snacking on crap the whole day to feed my hunger craving. I try to eat something substantial. Nothing too sweet like donuts but more something like whole grain cereal or a nut and fruit bar or yogurt. You know something of that nature! Even getting it together the night before and grabbing it on the way out the door helps me to be on time and still get my breakfast.

 

I know this may sound weird and not like breakfast food but the other day I grabbed a tortilla and bagged it up and then some shredded cheese and popped it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and ate that on the way to work. It kept me full until lunch and it was soo good!
