hi there everyone thanks for the reply! I was hoping to return to pre baby weight of 143 pounds. maybe it is a toning thing I don't know it's very confusing! I will try upping my calories a bit and see what happens! I will also try the water idea, it is absolutely true that I drink almost NO water, I drink a lot of crap like coke zero, Ive never really liked water much.....naughty. I will however get straight onto that! As for the muscle thing, thats could be correct too cos I do quite a bit of toning exercises daily along with the 3 days of childcare a week, my fiance says Ive trimmed down a lot and the clothes are fitting so yeah, thanks for that suggestion too that makes me feel better! hehehe! |

age:24 height: 5'11'' weight: started at 74 kg cals/day: 1441 cals burn/day: 1900 - 2400 Result: haven't had a look yet thought I would do week by week weigh ins so tomorrow I weigh and see if I lost!!

hey there! Seriously don't let it worry you, if you are happy with what you are doing, who cares. I must say though I would not be complaining about a friend who told me if she didnt think something looked good, too many people wouldn't tell you and would just smile and nod when you asked if you look good, it may not feel nice to hear but sometimes the truth sucks hey. I myself would appreciate being told but hey everyone to their own.!!

Hi there! I, myself was never anorexic but I suffered from Bulimia. I have recently had a baby and the fact that I had gained an extra 7 kg has sent me into a bit of a spiral again. At present I am only eating 1400 calories to get back to pre baby weight but I trick myself too and feel guilty, I have even gone back to throwing up on occasions. My meal plan will usually consist of about 400 calories for breakfast, 400 for lunch then 600 for dinner, give or take a bit. I wouls assume that you would need to eat more, I am pretty sure the reccomended intake for maintaining your weight is 2500 cals. You will need to eat more than this! Don't worry you are not alone, I think the guilt when you eat is the worst thing, it drives you to anything. Keep going and get healthy! And, hey, we all slip up sometimes, just get back up and keep trying!

| hi there! I have a 4 month old baby boy and I gained 15 kg. I have lost 7 of it but I'm trying to get to 65kg from 74 now! I'm feeling the same way as everyone else lol GET OFF GET OFF! Good luck everyone! | |||

you know I think we all kind of feel the same. Don't worry about what others are doing and start working your way to how you feel comfortable! You aren't ugly or anything at all so you needn't feel that way, we are all in this together so don't feel intimidated, feel supported!
