I have realized that I am below 154, and I have yet to reward myself with a peirced nose. Dang it. Do you guys have rewards you are giving yourself for reaching goals? |

Hey! No new posts....is everyone doing okay? I have been doig good this week. Sneking in workouts when I can on the weekend. Other than workouts, I have been productive in getting school work doe, that takes a load off my chest. |

Hey guys! I have been so busy, but I am back. I am happy to say I have been working out everyday, and I am back down to 151.6. It feels so good. I am finally getting back in the groove with 6 am workouts. I am totally jealous about the HRM! I am dying to own one. How is everyone else doing? |

So yesterday I gained about two pounds, which is really odd for me. Even when i have an off day it is only a ounce of a few I gain. But I was at the hospital yesterday, eating everything in sight, waiting for my nephew to be born! I was there for 17 hours, and I am officially in love. He is one of the most beautiful babies I have ever seen. But I am back on the routine and diet tonight. No more of this eating like crap. I love hearing about your guy's days and strength, it gives me hope that I can be strong. :) |

Pink panther, I too faced a dilemma with food. Unlike you and your control I ate all that was in sight. i will call it my cheat day and never look at it again. Way to go for you, though! Saturday night I had way to much junk too eat, and no exercise! I was disappointed, but I jumped back on the wagon today. I think that I am going to start working out in the morning so I am less likely to not do it when I get home. I am also thinking about riding my bike to work, which would be light on my wallet and make me light. No complaints there. I hope you weekends were filled with fun!

readiant: Your shoes look and sound comfy. My dog just ate my brand new shoes, and those babys were expensive. Grrr.... This morning I got to go the gym in the morning, which was nice. I may go on a bike ride tonight, but I may not because I want to get dressed up for karoake! Day three guys! You are doing great! |

I am off to the gym in a few minutes after a hard day at work, with homeles people gettig upset with me because all the shelters are full. It has been pretty emotional day, so hopefully exercise will help. Dont feel like a whmp raediant,your body will love any exercise you do. I am only going to do 30 min weights and 10 minutes cardio. What do your runners look like? I actually didn't do the full 100 because I was too busy. I just went for a bike ride. I didn't do all I wanted to do yesterday, but I exercised! Retrovert, take me with you! See you guys tomorrow! |

Good morning guys! How is everyone doing today? I didn't dance as long as I used to yesterday, and then afterwards I went out and had a sandwhich. It was a healthy one, but full of calories. I was upset with myself, but it is already done so what else can I do about it other than work it off? So today is our first day. I am planning on doing 100 push ups throught out the day, and right after work going on a ride to a local park and doing circuit training.

I am trying to mix my workouts up, because I get bored so easily. Tonight I am doing swing dancing and 100 leg raises through out the day. Tomorrow I plan on a bike ride to a park and then dircuit training. I usually do 45 mins- 1.5 hours of workout. It can go longer due to the bike ride. I am really excited to do this! Maybe we should post stats and our goal for the month. Stats: 5'4, 153 pounds. My goal is to get into the habit of continual workout, lose a few inches of my lower belly, and thighs. If I get down to 149 that would be awesome. |

Not trying to sound like a B&^%$ but this is just seems dumb. This is how I see it going down: 19 hours w/o food= Very hungry person=Binge=Weight gain. It is not healthy with the idea "You can eat anything you want". Sure if you want to lose weight starving yourself will get you there, but what about a healthy happy body? I know you probably could care less because you have made up your mind about it, I just think you time could be better employed to making a sexy, HEALTHY body with proper nutrition ad exercise. |

I recently started to eat clean and my fat intake is 3-10 grams of fat a day. I cant remember what is was before, but it was pretty high. I know that sometimes our bodies need a day to rest, so if you feel that coming on you should treat yourself. |

Well, tody is day one at clean eating. So far I have had: Breakfast: Then at 10: I dont know what to have for lunch and dinner, but will have an apple somewhere and some Asparugus. mmmm...yummy. |

Count me in. I am 5'5, 164 pounds, and I want to get to 144. I will re-evaluate there, and see if i want to do 130, But I am sure 140-144 is where I want to be. |

I know strippers have hot bodies before, but I am pretty sure there is a reason stipping classes became a workout fad. Not only the dancing, but high heels aren't easy to walk, jump, run, or dance in. I am sure you would burn more calories, maybe not tons, but a little bit more to the average joe in her flats. |

For the first time in a long time I feel ready and excited. kelleigh: I too have stretch marks, up my side and inner thigh, but I totally feel like I deserve to wear a bikini. So you rock one too! |

I should have metioned that the hottie in my gallery, in the one piece, is SO not me. But I am pretty sure you guys are smarter than that. I would just hate to recieve compliments on how great I look, to find out it was the other gal in my photos. :) |
