for a woman the normal body fat is between 18 and 22% but if you are an athlete 14 to 17% its fine... but anyway listen to yourself, how do you feel?

listen to a Marc David, Body/Mind nutrition...

or keep it simple, have&n bsp;lighter dinners, keep with ing yor calories and exer cice and reduce the fat&n bsp;intake even if it is& nbsp;within your calorie limit

i love eggs for breakfast and dinner.

ok you should try this:&n bsp;grill (in the oven) a  slice of toast with  ;cheese and turkey and then put a fried egg on top although you can use teflon and that way you dont need oil. ... anyway have it like that or to make it different sprinkle a little curry on the yolk and then brake it and spread it all over and enjoy... oh i so want it to be tomorrow... i think im going to eat that for breakfast (i already had dinner)

regardless of what most people aroun here say... its not all about the calories. one of the things that matter the most its when you consume them. and what kind of calories you consume.

 do keep within your  ;calorie limit but try having 3 meals 2 snaks, dinner should be the lightest meal. im just going to assume that you know all about good nutrition. and you should apply it.

 but to get leaner try consuming less than 15 grams of fat a day. total.n and try the raw diet  ;for a while, it is  really good for health ov erall. 

but just for like 2  weeks. on top of that my advice for everyone is to listen to a doctor called Marc David the program i like the most is called Body/Mind Nutrition you can get the mp3 from   http://www.nightingale.com/prod_detail~produc t~Mind_Body_Nutrition.aspx

ok... this is what i usually have for breakfast

2 scrambled eggs with som ething. today it was with  bell pepper and cheese&n bsp;on toast. a mandarin and an apple.& nbsp;this was like at 8.3 0 in the morning and  ;by 11.00 i kinda wanted& nbsp;to eat and so i had a bowl of all bran, and then another. and then at 1.00 i had banana berries milk shake and a cheese and avocado sand wich...

 im not like overweight, im 170m and 6 0kg but i want to loose some weight. specially because not long ago i used to be like 54kg and i never even tried and all of a sudden i feel like all i can think about is food and all i do is binge eating!

 so yeah...

hey why dont you do CC Monday to Friday and WW on the weekend that way you will be on track of your eating habits all week and im sure combining both will still give you great results. Furthermore atending ww meetings will hold you accountable infront of real ppl... :)

i totally know what you are sayin! i too can put on 5 pounds in one day! no one used to believe me... till they see me binge eat... like last nite at Thanks giving... oh that made me feel like ****... but anyway here is the thing... dont worry about it.

 

what i do is that i& nbsp;dont eat more than a  1200 calories the next&n bsp;2 days. i start my day with kiwi fruit or prunes and finish it the same way. drink plenty of water. and if possible go raw for those couple days and eat like every&n bsp;2 hours. you will definetly drop the 5 pounds in 2 days.

 

trust me ... i know  all about binge eating...  ;exept how to stop it&nbs p;(working on it) . lol

well of course i take the calories in the drinks into account. so for example say that im going to the bar with my friends after my last final exam. i know im going to celebrate because ive been working hard all semester, so yeah im going to get trashed. so on that day i will have fruit for breakfast and salad for lunch which will leave me with 1000 calories to drink, wich is like 2 beers and 6 vodkas with sprite 0 these will leave me with no calories left for that day/nite, then the morning 1am and so on i can have like 4 shots of tequila or whatever which is like 300 calories then i go to bed and by the time i wake up hopefuly after 12 i have like 800 calories to cure my hangover ... but hey... non judgment zone... lol
