damichhe, you still show 3# loss for the month which is really good. liposuctioned, good work and you should be proud. sweetjuney, great loss for the week so you're doing the right things. ladychach, that's terrific; you're essentially at goal too. annschmech, new size jeans, hoot-hoot; way to go. ranchobernardo, you're fluctuating again; do you weigh under the same set of conditions each week? Keep the faith and stay positive. bahai99, no gain is good. Stay healthy and positive. ===================== The spreadsheet is up to date through post #197 and is linked at the bottom of original post above. I will be traveling tomorrow so any further updates will be delayed. Good luck to everyone and Happy Thanksgiving! Edited to say that I finally got the Loss column to be blank if one of start or goal is blank with IF(B2="","",IF(G2="","",B2-G2)) |

Name: MischiefDM I was down to 134 but had triple injection of cortisone Friday and think gain is due to water retention from medical procedure. Hope to see progress next week. Looks like everyone is hanging in during holiday month and an awesome reporting group. Keep on losing and eating healthy. If you're not losing, reevaluate meal plan and make some changes. Good luck for next week. |

| Recipes | A new way (for me) to fix an omelette | Nov 04 2009 02:20 (UTC) |

In a large bowl, put 1/2-1 cup asparagus, spinach or other veggies, 1 tsp crushed garlic, 1 tbs olive oil and microwave 2-3 minutes at 50% power. -meanwhile mix 2 eggs and 2 oz yogurt. -add feta cheese to veggie dish, cover with egg mix; top with parmesan cheese, onion salt, pepper and microwave for 4 min at 50% power. Not sure if this is an omelette, fritata or crustless quiche but it is quick and good. Sometimes I use just 1 egg and egg beaters and other cheeses. |

Name: MischiefDM Can't believe that I could gain 6#s so quickly but it must have been the eggnog pancakes along with a lot of other goodies. I have quite a goal just to get back where I was last month. === Glad to see so many people returning and newcomers too. Every one of you have done a tremendous job in the past and have to be commended for progress so keep up the good work. You can do it even with TG Day coming up. |

Read the thread about Metabolic types and take the test to see what ratio of nutrients you need. Then try 1500 cal with no processed foods and see if that works. I lost my last 10# by cutting out box cereal and just eating a steel cut oat mix for breakfast; homemade WW bread for store bought. Good luck. |

The reporting group lost 116.4 pounds at 1.1% average loss for month to date second week. Way to go guys! Here's an interesting article on Artificial Sweeteners which leads to three extremely interesting other links concerning not so good foods for eye opener. ========= I had a real good workout yesterday at the gym with an hour on the floor doing stretches and weights then another hour in the swimming pool. Pool time is split between water aerobics and swimming. Three years ago, I could barely do one lap and now am doing 8. I could do more and have done 9-10 but 2 hrs exercising is enough in once stretch. My weight is back down to 130.4 where I was 2 years ago and last July so I've met my original goal and should be satisfied. Got tired of wearing baggy pants and bought some new ones that fit. Now my mind has to adjust to that tight fit again and not think 'fat' because of the snugness. The new clothes aren't too tight, just not loose like the old ones. Strange what the mind does with the feeling of clothes for me. I'm starting to talk myself into feeling comfortable with myself; maybe that is the first step to maintaining or accepting success(?) Good luck with tomorrow and all future weighing.

Original Post by clairelaine: How do you do that, remove from public view? I often make the same recipe with one modification but just add it as one serving and don't save the recipe. If I could save it, not for public eye, then all I'd have to do is modify a saved recipe each time. What you do, sounds great as I often don't eat a full serving or eat 1.5 and am stuck with how to enter into food log. |

It's a toss up between recipe analyzer and food analyzer as I've had a B+ recipe reported as C+ in the food log. However, they are both great tools. |
