thanks to all for the comments

@perlyyyy it feels really great losing all that weight/fat

@sweetvalleygirl
thanks, my exercise program is similar to the one on Calorie Count by Paige Waehner.
I basically go to the gym or get active nearly everyday, unless I am sick or I am away from home. I go to the gym 5-6 times a week.
The thing is that most fat people are endomorph (google it) and from what I read is that depending on your body type you can recover from exercise quite quick so going to the gym everyday should be ok. Ask a personal trainer first as at the beginning it will be hard to get there everyday and you will burn out. I think Paige wrote something on motivation for going to the gym. Just look it up on about.com
The main thing that I do is 2-3 times I do a full body workout with weights+cardio that last up to 1h30min in the week and the rest I just head to the gym for 30-40min doing cardio/HIIT or work on  my fat burn zone.

@rippi202
Thanks, keep it up 36 more pounds is nothing if you work at it everyday. What inspire me the most is all the articles/books/mags I read and also keeping a good track of my weight lost using a digital scale (i am using the salter mibody scale, it has a usb port to download your readings onto your pc to get a better view of your progress)

@jryu9
it was mostly portion control and need. If I didn't need to eat (listening for hunger) I don't eat. I only eat when I need to and if I do I check the time to see if I should snack healthily (apple, banana, pear, yogurt, cornflakes, etc...) or have my meal.

My diet is very complicated but I am used to it. I'll try to see if I can brief on my diet:

Breakfast: (8-9am)

I normally have oatmeal (instant) with milk and fruits (banana most of the time or strawberries). This gives me a good boost for the day and this is roughly around 200-300calories depending on how big the banana is. Sometimes I put a few sprinkle of whey protein on days I am planning to go to the gym after breakfast.

10-11am:
I normally have yogurt (Dr. Onken fat free yogurt; again strawberry). That normally calms me down until 12-1pm. But if I come back from the gym its a promax milkshake with water. (but this snack/meal is only if I am hungry)

lunch(12-1pm):
If I just came back from the gym after doing weights I would have a promax meal or baked potato (yes, potato, but you have to have a small portion of potato and a lot of tuna (no-mayo) or chicken tikka/curry) that normally fills me up for a few hours. or an english breakfast (at least once a month to give a kick to my daily calorie intake)

3-4pm: (optional)
yogurt, fruits, or cereals. I only have a very small portion.

6-9pm: (depending when I am hungry)
I have a normal meal with this ratio: 50% protein, 25% fat, 25% carb. A good way of keeping portion control (for me) is when I have rice I normally put the normal amount of rice that I "use" to have on my plate and put half back into the ball and the rest of the sauce, protein stayed normal until I slowly started to cut back on the portion. But dinner is always an important meal for me and my family. I never miss it.

Basically my secret is portion control

My main aim is not to fill full at the end of the day or else I know I messed up somewhere (but i don't beat myself).
I also have my treat once a while (like once a month)

there is only one reason that kept me going, it's one girl.

I didn't like her at first, but when I got to know her well my whole life changed, when I asked her out she sort of nicely rejected it by saying when she is ready we would go for that trip. I knew she would have rejected as I did not look so great back then.

So from that day onwards I promised myself I will work to the best I can, giving my 100% and never give up so that one day when I see her or someone like her again I might get lucky to atleast. She is my goal and motivation.

If only she knew.

Weight Loss Scared to go over 1200 cal/day Aug 21 2008

if you eat less than 1200 of your daily minimum you will get your body on starvation mode, and your body will burn less fat and increase fat intake.

To stop this you have to eat 4-6 times a day with around <200 calories per intake until you reach 1200.

I recommend you spend some time reading

http://exercise.about.com/cs/weightloss/a/how toloseweight.htm

or

Health & Support Colon cleansing? Aug 21 2008

I do it every 1-2months.

I do it so that I clean my bowels. It does reducey our weight but you get it back, I do it so that I my body can take all nutrients properly.

As I don't have the oils , I use water but I recommend eating  or drinking yoghurt after your clensing so that you replace some of the good bacteria in your intenstine.

I recommend this one: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=6718

its from an adult toy shop, it is the most reasonable one out there. and it is reusable.

you have to buy some lubricant so that you can easily insert it.

here are  a few articles:

http://www.enemakit.com/colonic_benefits.html

I wont recommend this as an weight loss thing, it is just good to clens the intenstine so that you get the full nutrient

I've been using it since December 07, it helped me lose 7kg till now. I love the about.com guides aswell.

I think they are the most comprehensive guides i've seen so far.

I use CC a lot, i have it bookmarked at work and whenever I eat or about to eat i log it.

I just try to keep it to my level. but 2 months ago i was not able to maintain my diet i was too busy looking after my exams and coursework.

but CC is really nice to use, i love it. ++
