Congratulations on your process of recovery. I think you made a great selection of types of foods, a good healthy variety. But I am having a hard time understanding how much of each food you ate so I can't tell if it is good or bad or not enough. (Maybe that is what "&nb sp" means??) Why are you not logging calories anymore? They give you the information you need so you can be the judge and take control of your recovery. Without that you are just groping in the dark, relying on the uninformed opinions of stangers on the internet. Put yourself in control, girl!!! Keep up the good work :)

I eat/drink flax seed mush-stuff (1/4 cup milled flax seed with 1/2 cup water in microwave for 1 min). It isn't bad tasting and it's not good either. It is really full of fiber so it keeps you regular and feeling lean. It is full of healthy omega-3 fatty acids which are great for you cholesterol levels, and also make you feel satisfied until lunch. All in all it's easy, fast, healthy and keeps me on track.

Just a thought: your "bad days" as you called them were towards the end of the week, right before you weighed yourself. Many "bad" foods are high in salt and low in fiber. Maybe your weight gain is water retension and slow bowels that have bulked up your weight. Try increasing your fiber and water. I use milled flax seed which is super high in water soluable fiber, omega 3 fatty acids (lowers bad cholesterol and raises good), has a bland not bitter taste, and is very filling and satisfying for few calories. I eat it as a "oatmealish" mush for breakfast: 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup milled flax seed heated in the microwave for 1 min. The healthy fat is satisfying and I stay very regular. It is totally helping me stay on track and feel lean. Hope this is helpful.
