Hi all!

I just stumbled on this thread and thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Leah, 24 years old, I'm from the the Twin Cities in Minnesota. CW - 300, GW - 180 (to start).

I started CCing in October but fell off the wagon around Thanksgiving and never quite got back on. I'm determined now though and this group looks like the perfect place to get back on track. :-)

Great idea starting this group! I'm in!! I have lots to look forward to in August/September/October so this will be great for keeping me on track.

My goals are:

- to calorie count at least 6 days a week (currently don't on the weekends)
- to limit eating out to once a week
- to exercise at least 4 days a week (currently do only sporadically)
- to increase water consumption from 64 ounces to 80 ounces

I think I will start with those. I've had sort of a cheating jump start to the summer dieting days. I had my tonsils out last Tuesday and have lost 11 pounds since then (8 days). It's still painful to swallow so hopefully I'll get to ride this one out a little longer! :-) Although I did eat solid food for the first time last night - best meal I ever had!!

Hey all - I just found this thread. I've been on CC+ for a couple months now. Had great progress at first but hit a road block when the holidays came (a.k.a. I ate way too much). My starting weight was 315 and my current weight is 299. My short term goal is 280 and my long term goal (for now) is 180.

The progress of everyone here is really inspiring, good job all!! :-D

    Thanks Sheila! That's exactly what I am trying to do! I tagged all of the individual items but it was annoying to hit 6 plus signs every day at lunch. :-) I will try this today!

    Oh so many things... first would probably be (after being a total spaz) to go shopping! But other than that I'm looking forward to being able to wear shorts again, tank tops, to ride on rides, participate in sports with my husband and very active friends, not feel squished in an airplane, try on all my old clothes from high school (and have them be too big!), go to a water park and feel comfortable in a swimsuit, and feeling more comfortable in the bedroom...

    Oh I can not wait! Making a list like this sure is motivation!!
