CW 169.4 Only .2 change. I'm glad to see the scale move since it was sitting for two weeks with no movement. I followed DAC 250's advise after being at a plateau and I believe it worked. |

Ed, Not a good week for me either. I'm weighing in at 175.3 which is about 4 lbs gained. I think it has to do with that time of the month and the Easter eating. I'm going to change my goal weight to 145. That's a little more realistic. Thanks! |

Yay! I'm glad this continues! My start weight with last challenge was 176.8 and end weight was 168.4 for a 8.4 lbs loss for that challenge! Didn't lost 10 but very proud of what was accomplished!

The foods I eat the most are: Breakfast - coffee (with Coffeemate lite powdered creamer and Sweet n Low), 1 egg fried, 2 pieces of wheat toast with grape jam, 1 or 2 pieces of turkey bacon Snacks - oranges, grapes, Frigo light string cheese, 1% cottage cheese, Yoplait light yogurt (all flavors), no sugar added fudgsicles or popsicles, rice cakes (all flavors), applesauce, fat free pudding packs (all flavors) Lunch - Lean Pockets (all varieties), Light Progresso Soups (all varieties), fat free saltines, grapes, oranges, strawberries, deli chicken meat for sandwiches on whole wheat bread. I like to use honey mustard on my sandwiches. Dinner - usually a lean meat broiled or grilled (chicken) with garlic salt and veggies (green beans or corn) During the day I drink Crystal Light (all flavors) and maybe diet Dr. Pepper. |

Start weight 176.8 Today's weigh in 173.2 So far I've lost 3.6 lbs in this challenge! Yay! Can't wait to see the 160's! I will be adding more exercise in order to meet the 10lbs loss by the deadline. Anyone else like Dance Dance Revolution? I finally bought it for our Wii after being persuaded by a friend for a few months. It's actually pretty fun and I worked up a sweat. |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
