some ideas: lean cusine meals..most of them are really tastey and filling! also very easy way of keeping track of cal count and portion control! special K snack bars..when i'm wanting something other than fruit or veggies! brushing my teeth! (pamala anderson) i heard she does this when she starts to feel like snacking. i tried it and it does work most of the time! i also drink lots of water during the day...it helps my stomach not feel so empty in between meals! whole grain cinnamon teddy grahams! 25 equals 130 calories...i eat these when i really get the urge to snack! i use pop corn too! well hope any of those help ya out!...its just some things that i use! best of luck to you!! |
