My friend's mom is on the Slim Fast diet and she is losing weight steadily, she sticks to it, and she looks great. I've tried it and it just does not suit me at all. If it isn't working for you and you don't like it, you should definitely try another diet that is easy to stick to and enjoyable.

A good food to have around to snack on would be pickles... about 5 calories a spear, crunchy, satisfying.

I really like the idea if the Monroe piercing (Upper lip, to the left side). I think it looks attractive for some reason. I saw a girl with piercings zig-zagging on the top and bottom of her lips with ribbon tied through them like she had sewn her mouth shut. That's probably the creepiest thing I've seen someone do. I don't like it at all.

I always try to get a seat on the aisle so I can't look out of the window. Looking out the window makes me sick and I realize how high up the plane really is. If you think that might happen to you, try to get an aisle seat. It really helps me.

We have a skylight in the bathroom and my parents used to tell us that it was how Santa got in since we didn't have a chimney. Most Christmas times, my brother and I would leave the toilet open so he would fall in. My parents always got mad and said if he fell in, he wouldn't give us presents. My mom will never tell me that he doesn't exist, even though we're both well aware. It's cute.

I absolutely hate it when my friends make a lot of noise in the theaters, it's kind of embarrassing to be with them... It's not just talking and stuff like that, they call out random things and make weird noises. Eh. I also hate it when people kick the back of the seat. It's especially annoying when you ask them to stop and they continue to do it.

I may not be entirely correct, but I believe passing the exam at the end of the year with a score of a 3 or higher entitles you to a whole credit in that course in college. Say you take AP Psychology in high school and pass the exam, you will not need to take the base level of psychology in college, you'd move up to the sophomore year of the class. That's what it did in my brother's case at least. Simply taking the courses in high school does not give you any college credit besides it looking good on your application.

At the gym I used to go to, they had a separate building for kids through 14 years old. Once you were 14 or so, you were allowed to go into the regular adult gym. I'm not sure what was in the kid's gym, but I think it was safer things to do and less machines to work on. They also are surrounded by kids in their own age range so everyone is probably supervised not to go overboard.
