Well I think the journals would be best.. cause we could just sort of type up a little update on how we're doing everyday and at the same time check on everyone else.. and reply to them.. I'm pretty sure thats ow they work.. i havnt actually used them before lol..

by the way im from Australia.. where are you all from ?

same hereee... but i dont feel the need to hit the gym every day.. i do alot of things at home and out doors.. like pilates, yoga, running.. and even swimming.. i like that better than been stick in a gym with a bunch sweaty people.. lol.

well.. count me in ! so how are we going to do this..

by the way I'm 16, and looking to lose about 15kg.

I binge. All the time.

Binging is my only problem as I am alway eating the right food just too much of it. !

I've been vegetarian for about 6 months now, and because I used to eat HEAPS of meats, my body was used to meat as my main source of iron. After I stopped eating meat, my body stopped absorbing iorn from my food although I tried to eat as well as i knew how. After about 4 months I started getting dizzy spells, I couldn't exersise as much as I did before and my hair was falling out pretty badly. I now take iron tablets and eveythings fine again.

Just a warning to anyone thinking about taking up a vegetarian diet, visit a nutritionist first !
