thanks! I really dont want my metablism screwed up forever! I want my life back. Well prior to this "stick to it" recovory that i have devoted myself to, i want recently eating around 1300-1500. any other support/advice. |

| my pants are constantly falling down. i dont have any belts that are tight enough to keep them up either. I have only one pair of jeans that dont look like im swimming in them. I need new jeans, but im so scared that would be triggering for me. I think it would'nt give me any motivation to gain. I know i need to and i miss all of my clothes :( I dont want to spend a lot of money just to end up buying clothes that ill end up giving away soon anyway. What a sticky situation. I'm so sick of walking around holding my pants up at school. or trying to carry my books and things and holld them up, omg i probably look rediculus! I need to get over my fear of gaining and get my life back together. I used to love fashion and clothes, but now thats all gone away. I miss looking cute. Now i just look like a slob :( | |||

i really need to continue gaining, but im so scared when i get past a certain number and then start to restrict again. Also if i can do some form of excersise i feel like i should eat very lightly, its so bad. And well tonight, my boyfriend of 3 years broke up with me becuse he cant take dealing with me any more. And he says im no fun to be around (and i know im not). Most of the time i'd rather be alone. I really would like to gain but i dont want to get 'fat' and be unfit and then try to tone up, then spiral back down again. Please help. Suggesions for healthy gain. (Also tonight is really hard because my anorexica really struck hard last year when my bf got mad at me and broke up with me for a few weeks, i freaked out so badly. He was mad because i alway thought he liked my friends and thought they were skinnier and prettier than me. I also relized that whenever i said this he would always say "no i dont like them, they look anorexic" (which is so untrue) But maybe that had something to do with it now that i think about it.) Thanks for listening to me rant. Please if you have any suggestions for healthy gaining and reassurance that i wont get 'unheathy-fat-extra weight', that i will be better. Feel and look better. |

I love these chips! They are the only ones i'll eat. They have so mcuuh flavor too. You should definantly cheak them out. |
