i know that protien helps curb your appetite and it makes you feel fuller longer, so maybe since you didn't eat that much one day your body is trying to make up for the protein you lost the other day.

are foods containing protien among your favorite foods? becuase maybe you are feeling like you didn't get enough yesterday, so you are really hungry for it the next.

i love the special k cereals!! the fruit and yogart is my fav.!!!

the almond vanilla is good too u should try them both :)

hmmm... when you eat chew really well and eat slowly that way you give your stomach more time to digest...and drink water or some liquid that will help break down your food better

as for the exersise... i personally dont before school but if you want something that will wake u up but not make you stinky, yoga is perfect. this website has a 1 hour free yoga class everyday (video) i do this about every night and it's amazing and i makes you more alert!

i do that same thing!

i think you need to find a motivation, ask yourself why you dont want to eat...

for me, its just so i can feel better about my body and myself...

also, picking up on a hobby to keep yourself occupied while your bored is good to help distract you from food.

like, reading, scrapbooking, listening to music, w/e...

in moderation it is, peanut butter is my favorite food!

i eat it everyday on multigrain toast

it has monounsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fat in it, which aids weight loss. these two kinds of fats are really good for you.

monounsaturated fat can help lower your cholesterol too! :)

omg thats nothing...

in just a cheeseburger and cheddar nuggets at DQ it totaled to 900 some calories and 570 fat calories!!!

yeah i feel just peachy right now :P lol

thats so weird that i came accross this, because i was thinking about that to...

personally i dont find it a big deal as long as your not doing that with everything you eat.. you just want that taste in your mouth so that your craving for that particular food will decrease

i dont find that weird...

Ive started drinking lots of green tea, and eating lots of fruits and vegtables. I've also started working out and building a little muscle so that my body can burn the fat. I would say dont give up! If it has helped, then stick to it. As long as you're staying healthy you should be proud of yourself! :)

-celery is a huge fat burner!

-so are apples

-almonds

-sunflower seeds (unsalted)

-low fat string cheese

-low fat yogart smooties!!!!

my recipe for smoothies: put in your favorite flavor of low fat yogart, then some freshfruit of your choice, then 4 large cubes of ice and about 3/4 cup of skim milk.   Blend it all together and enjoy :) yum!

i would buy lots of fruits and vegtables! broccoli, spinach, green peppers, carrots, celery...apples, grapefruit, peaches..ect.

olive oil is also really good for you too...i read in an article that 2 tablespoons a day can really help in weight loss and better help over all :)

for me it helps if i breathe in through my nose and out my nouth, also try chewing a fruity gum. this will keep your mouth moist and since its not peppermint it wont burn. I know exactly what you mean though, warm up first outside for about 5 min. it might help your body get prepared for a more intense workout. good luck!

I would suggest weight training and cardio or aerobics, that way you build muscle and burn fat with a cardio workout.
