I'm not traveling! only about 10 miles to the to-be inlaws. i'm making a chocolate dessert. my mom calls it chocolate torte but its not really. its delicious!

i'm am sick sick sick. i think its a sinus infection :( why do i always get them??! im staying home today resting.

greta sorry about your knee! hopefully it feels better soon. i'm trying to picture pumpkin pie without a crust and in a crock pot but i cant! i bet its tasty though:)

carrie your pups are ADORABLE i want one every time i look at them!

Ali I'm so glad the Pine mouth is gone..i don't really eat pine nuts because the first time i had them i ended up having a dream about them where they turned into maggots as i ate them! haha weird i know, but now i can't bite down on them without thinking of maggots. the only way i eat them is in pesto.

haha i know its weird. anyway good luck on your potentiol job!!

Carrie-woohoo for getting out early! I wish i could. I think i have the same cold you did (do?) my throat is so dry at night! This morning i had "stuff" i needed to cough up, but my throat was so dry it got caught in the back and i just stood there gagging for a few minutes..what a way to wake up!! One of my coworkers went to shaws this morning and came back with cough drops and cold medicine for me haha she could be my grandmother and acts like it

oh and shaws is a grocery store lol

i desperatly need to set up some goals for exercising i am already feeling my lack of motivation settling in for the winter....i HATE WINTER. i need some running goals for sure.

wow i come back to so much excitement!! Margo is engaged, Tracy has amazing wedding pics and the forum is alive and kicking!

Its weird how i feel like i have this whole other group of friends that i can't wait to talk to, im always laughing whne i read the posts...

k enough sappiness haha i just got so excited after reading Margo's engagement story!

So ive decided there is waayyy to much to comment on so im just going to shout out to everyone! missed you all and welcome holisticcuteness!

the trip was so fun. We had the easiest flights there and back. The weather was perfect except for 1 day. the food on the ship was really good (except for the buffet stuff wasnt that great) We were scheduled to go to Nassau, Half Moon Cay, and Grand turk. We never made it to Grand Turk though because one of the engines failed! haha we were sitting in a karaoke bar when we feel this jarring shaking and a sound like your car makes when the engine goes out...yea one of the engines went out. Sooo, we could only go half speed and had to turn around and were only able to stop at Nassau again.

our little mishap didnt even matter! we saw 3 comedy shows, a juggler, a "newlywed gameshow," and played at the casino almost every night. we also stayed at South Beach in Miami the first 2 nights and shopped around.

All in all, a blast!

Greta i think the final date for opening should be the 7th..i need time!

oh and stop telling us when you receive your gifts! i dont want to ruin any surprises!!!! haha

I'm baaaaack! haha I missed you ladies!

I had plans to check in at night just to catch up on posts, but we ended up having no wireless connection on the boat. I htink I will cut all my connections like this on every vacation it made it feel like the real world wasn't real at all! the only down side was not being able to chat with you ladies

I have so much to comment on but im trying to catch up on work (yikes!!) I will come back later tonight:)

I havent weighed myself yet but im pretty sure i gained a few pounds, maybe 5 ugh I feel like a lard ass. Lol i can't wait to run though!

oh Sarah i hear you on the morning motivation!! i wish i would just work out in the morning and get it done! but i feel so fuzzy in the am. im sure ill be doing it once i have children...

Greta what weight are you at right now 119? whats your comfortable weight? I'm curious to see what happens when you stop breastfeeding hopefuly its not to much of a gain for you!

didn't get group power in tonight beauce i ended up getting a massage scheduled, but did do 3 miles. It wasnt what i wanted but at least it wa ssomething!

Stacey (hehe sorry i had to) im glad your bday was a good time! I think we all get down on ourselves sometimes the way you and rennai are right now, but i know from personal experience that you will get through it quickly and will be back on track, feeling motivated. What is the P90X diet like? is it basically high protein low carb?

What Rennai and Margo said about the gift exchange is what i think too. Just get what you want for your gal. I'm just getting or making what reminds me of her or somehting i think will help her.

carrie- sorry you go caught in the storm it must have stunk, but it really did give me a good laugh!! All i can picture is one of those black and white movies that only have music playing, where the person is scrambling around chasing their hat. haha anyway, so glad your body is pretty much back to normal, except for the possible 2 week period?! i hate when that kind of thing happens. last year when i went to florida i forgot my BC, 3 days later i had my period! grr no sex on vacation that year!!

Rennai- Sorry to hear that you are feeling depressed/stressed! I know what you mean about feeling gross in your body. the good thing is that you know once you start getting some regular exercise in you will feel sooo  much better and it sounds like that is right around the corner. you're right, playing with your "celebration" and nuva ring id probably not doing you any good. hopefully you can straighten it out! Have fun on your trip and just try to get a lot of walking in!!

Rebecca-Hey! My name is Danni. Thanks for the info. for rebekkah we all love her and hope she feels better soon!! Sounds like you are doing a great job with exercise, 2 kids, and everything else. I cant imagine getting up at 4am! I get up at 5 now and that is hell. how early do you go to sleep??

Heather- aw sorry you missed the date, sound slike carrie will set you up though. Where ya been? what have you been up to??

ingrid-your running is insane! Maybe the rest of us wouldnt have so much time on our hands if we were out running 10 miles a day ahaha. I love your shoes!!

margo- im glad you are in a good mood today! That is so exciting that you get to see the enw baby!! Great advice for Rennai too. oh and greta job on the wieght loss!!

So I'm leaving for Florida on Staurday, hopefully i can log on at some point during the cruise just to brag...i mean say hey ;-) Donny and i say we are going to use the awesome gym thats on the boat, but we'll see how willing i am to get up in the morning! i thought i would be super motivated to run this week since i'm going to be in a bathing suit but i don't have much at all!! I think it has to do with the fact that it is pitch dark by 5pm now. It feels like 8pm by the time i get out of work!

I did go to the gym last night @ 8:45pm! it was weird, but i did 35 minutes on the elliptical at about 10 speed. tonight the plan is to run 2.5 miles and do group power

Stacy im so glad to hear you had a fun weekend, even with the hangover. haha sounds like it was a really good time!

Margo i hope you hear some good news on the house too!! iknow a lot of people have to make a million offers before they get the right one, but lets hope this one sttles for you. How much are you working out now? get back in the groove girly!

Carrie you could try counting calories again and see how it goes. if you find yourself getting too competative and looking for that lower number then stop. maybe you could post your intake on the forum that way we will remind you not to go too low and kind of help you keep it in check. I know that sometimes i have to count again for a few weeks just to get me back on track so it might help.

So i wish rebekkah was in right now becaus ei have a story that would make her feel a little better about herself...

i wetn to the dentists today becaus ei needed two fillings. I have a phobia of needles and just things that break the skin in general (i know its ridiculous and theres no reason to be afraid of needle, but thats why its called a phobia) so i was actually fine last night and this monring, i wasn't nervous at all, not even when i got to the dentists office. I felt some butterflies when i got in the room but nothing too bad. So i sit in the chair and the dentist puts numbing gell in my mouth where he is going to put the needle, now i'm feeling a bit more nervous but i tell myself its no big deal. They lay me back in the chair and it just goes down hill; i start shaking, and even cry a little (ugh embarrasing! i hate crying!) The dentist put the needle in my mouth and i breathe through the shot and find that its not bad because i cant even fel it, although it takes wayyy to long.

So im releived thinking everything is ok. then as im talking to the dnetal assistant and waiting for the novacain (sp?) to set in i feel sick to my stomach...and pass out. Gahh it was the sandwhich shop all over again! remember i passed out when they girl cut her finger at the sandwich place? Its so frustrating, i mean how am i going to have children?

anyway they gave me valium for next time, sinc ei have 2 more cavities. it better work!

Margo i hope you do something special for your birthday! I will be thin kig of all you birthdya ladies! i have to admit though im having a hard time keeping track of which day everyones is on, but i believe yours is sunday the 8th?!

Carrie- i forgot to say congrats about you being smoke free for 3 years! thats amazing!! i would have been like your husband, no marriage until no smoking. Your cookies sound amazing! i love white chocolate and peppermint, have you eve had the peppermint bark?? so good!

So im not hangng out with my lil sis. shes at the age where shes all about hanging out wiht friends. its sad and scary i feel like she is my child or something lol, but its good to see her growing up happy. We are going out to dinner wiht my dad and stepmother and maybe going to play some pool

i havent been to the gym in 3 days!! i absolutley must go tomorrow and get some running in!!

Hey ladies!

Oh Margo it is so good to hear form you! i will answer you questions too after this. I have too jobs btw, i do accounts receivable for a non profit org (yep im that nerdy stacy) and im a massage therapist!

Stacy you probably are all done loggin on until monday, but i wanted to say have a fun bday party!! Disco?! thats amazing hehe. I have to say i've never heard of a chinook either sorry!

Carrie- have fun with the 13 yo. just let your inner teenager run wild haha and cookies are always fun. i think ill be hanging with my little sister shes 11. (shes a half sister thats why shes so young!) Shes the cutest  thign ever though:)

Greta i would definiitly be putting my furniture back on sunday! I hope you can get some good running in this weekend!

Sarah 128 by costa rica trip, thats a big goal, but you can do it! I hear you about feeling like a fatty i didnt work out yesterday bbecause i worked late and didnt today because my fiance's brother was in the hospital and i was just soooo tired! i dont know why, but we will both pick it up tomorrow right?

omg Stacy (sorry bout the E i thought it looked wrong at the time!) did you know they are trying to pass governement run healthcare in the US? I'm scared that they will. Donny's stepdad is from Canada and his mother still lives there. She got diagnosed with lung cancer and STILL couldnt see anyone for 3 months! I feel for you!

Rennai just think of it this way, would you spell thomas as thom? or rebekkah as bekkah? hmm haha spell it however you want it really dont care! my fiance and I were just talkign about this last night lol

Ali don't stress aboutt he names i think we've all made mistakes. oh boy at one point we had like 3 people with A names (two being Anna) and 2 or 3 chris/christy's it was confusing! I agree with carrie you definitly fit in here, read my journal if you ahve any doubts about that!

Rebekkah I'm glad your back! I too have a ridiculous phobia of needles, I have been putting off going to the dentists for a while because i know i need a few fillings. I dont understand the fear AT ALL. What si there to be afraid of? i mean it really doesnt hurt? I try to face my fears usually, but i'm not so good at it with this one. I am TERRIFIED of having a baby becaus ei know you have to get your blood taken a lot, lol i know im a loser. i hope the results come back in your favor, even though that would mean a thyroid problem

Sarah the swim practice sounds awesome! I think you've inspired me to check out the pools around here for anything like that. Yea it is pretty "cruel and unusual" to get up at 5 haha. i do it every morning and I am a wicked night person so I can't fall asleep until about 11 if i'm lucky. If my body would adjust i would be fine, but I have to admit i'm tired. Ah well keep on keepin on! I'll have to find you on facebook!

I know my facebook looks like it, but i swear im not an alcoholic haha That's just the only time i think to take pictures!

Greta I'm so happy for your floors being done! but  awhole week not ebing able to put furniture on the floor? wtf? Did you guys do an entire floor of your house?

Rennai ok so i get it and hour and a half isn't common for you, but 20 minutes is? Wow haha that's still pretty long for an average time. I guess when i first started dating my fiance we would go that long, but thats a rarity now. We usually do a quickie and pass out haha it's still good though. That's amazing that he texted about taking the ring out being his "responsibility" he's friggin awesome!

Carrie i think its awesome that you want to have more focus on strength training. I would stick to pilates and yoga for the abs because if you do alot of ab exercises like crunches it will just make you look thicker in the middle which i doubt is what you want. I agree with Stacey, i would do a warm up on the treadmill (or after your weight workout since thats what i keep hearing you are supposed ot do?) You could just have a weekly amoutn of miles to get in at some point like 10 or so...

Rennai i was wondering where rebekkah was...do you know if she was supposed to be back by monday? I highly doubt that she wouldnt come back because of you lol

eww so tired today, but im going to the gym with Donny so i think ill make it.

Margo! it's so good to hear from you. We understand what busy lifestyles are like so dont feel bad, just dont lose touch completley! we are here to support you! Good luck with the house that can be stressful (my fiance and i decided not to buy because we want to pay off our school loans first, just for a little update)

Rennai i will be celebrating with you! and david is so right, everyone needs to party!

Ali, sorry to hear about the stresses of finding a job and completing school. Where did you say you lived? I'm from Maine and in this grand ol state unemployment is still onthe rise, but i hear it's getting better in other states. About the scale, it sound slike you need a new one. the one i use is junky, but it at leat goes by .5 increments. Oh and pleaaasee take this advice: take measurements. we are all at the lower weight ranges for our heights, so measurements can sometimes be a more accurate progress tracker

4.5 mile run tonight ladies..the legs werent cooperating i had to stop and stretch but i made it. had a sweet potato and asperagus for dinner, will probably have some turkey to. look at me go! haha

Carrie and Greta i think us three may have the biggest sweet teeth and we did pretty well! yay for us :-)

Greta sorry to hear the floors arent done yet. Ahh the 70's! i wish it was that warm here that is perfect for running IMO.

I'm getting excited for my cruise!! its less than 2 weeks away...and im excited to exercise haha I can't wait to exercis eon the ship. How cool will it be to run on the outdoor track. I'll be able to smell the ocean and feel the breeze! i really need to pick it up with my eating habits and running if i want to feel totally comfortable in my bthing suit again!

think i can make 20 miles? it may have to be a combination of running elliptical swimming and biking becaus eof my legs, but hopefully it will be mostly running.

Hey ladies! Did everyone have a good halloween??

Mine was so much fun and i didn't do tooo bad with the eating, only had 2 peices of mini candy. (had some drinks but used diet soda at least)

I ended up being Wonder Woman, my girl friends and i were supposed to be superheros, but it didn't work out thatw ell since we couldn't find much for costumes. Ugh again Maine is so lame, i have to dirve 40 minutes just to find a decent halloween store, ridiculous! Anyway my costume came out pretty good except that my hair fell flat after about 30 minutes. Carrie, i guess i didnt realize how tall you were too. I wish iw as as tall as you or rennai and still weighed 130, but i know if i was there id probably be singing a different story.

Ooh i never responded ot the color thing. every time i do personality tests i always find that i have such a balance of answers that i could be a few different choices. My philosophy about life is that its all about balance so thats probably why ;-) I would say ia m a mix between green and blue with green being my most dominant.

I'm in between massage appointments right now so just though id check in.

I had to do laundry this morning and then planned to go running before my first appointment at 11. i was feeling ambitious so decided today was a 5-5.5 miler. I ended up with 4 though becaus ei ran out of time:( i was bummed because it was one of those runs thats easy and i could have probably made it to 6! oh well at least i got it in

gahh ive eaten 3 more reese...why did i buy them!!?

Rennai im glad you are ebing rrealistic about your weight/height. i think being 5'9" is awesome! do you like being tall? And you rock on running!! So what was the surprise???

I'm with Stacy and Rebekkah on height, only about 5'4" actually i think im like 5'3" and 3/4 haha. and im taller than some of my friends...must be cause im from Maine (too close to canada rght stacy?)

Carrie be careful with all the baking sheesh! i know you have family coming, oh, and good luck with the religious topics! I am IN IN IN for the holiday exchange:) i love the holidays! and i think it would be good o just do one exchange.

Rebekkah have a great weekend!! i wish i could be there!!

You girls wont believe this. My fiance is so friggin cute. I was on the computer so he says, "how are the CC girls?" haha i was telling him about rennai and rebekkah being able to meet and hes like well when are you all getting together? i said i didnt know and wasnt sure where we would go. So he was on the computer a little later and he says, "you guys could go to vegas or florida look at the ticket prices..." haha he was looking up vacations for us! hes awesome (ill let everyone know how my cruise goes and maybe we could get a cheap one!!)

Greta its really impressive that you are getting so much running in during your rennovations! i know 15 isnt alot compared to your usual, but whne you have to squeeze it in, well, that is squeezing a lot.

I'm trying to motivate ,myself to do a lon run this morning. I have to finish my laundry and the get running. ive only done 8 miles so far this week, but i plan to workout  both days this weekend (i have to work sunday, so hopefully my fiance will want to go after that since my gym closes at 2pm) i am shooting for 5 miles today! i can do it right??!

I bought a bag of reeses cups, the big ones, cause they were on sale big time...shouldnt have done that, had three last night :(

eww fleas! sorry to hear about that carrie, how did the cleaning go? My indoor cat got fleas once becaus ewe live don the bottom floor/basement and the nasty neighborhood cats would be outside our open window. I didn't believe it at first cause i didnt get bit, but donny did lol so i finally got a flea collar and they went away.

Sarah congrats on the weigh in!! and i ahve to insert jealousy again because i wish there were adult swim practices around here! Ugh Maine is sooo lame! I've always been told that swimming burns as many or more calories than running. I know that iw as in the BEST shape of my life when i did swimming and I ate like a pig. I was only 17 or so, but still i seriously ate whatever i wanted whenever i wanted and when i stopped swimming i gained about 15lbs.

Rebekkah good luck with the doc's. my family also has some thyroid issues, but some have overactive and some underactive. Hopefully you can figure out what's going on because you're right, it doesn't make sense. Have you been watching the biggest loser? the same thing si happening to one of the contestants on there.

Rebekkah I am anxiously awaiting your weigh in and measurements!! I hope you don't get too upset is it's not what you were looking for. measurements will help! haha no i was never a runner before, i absolutley hated it becaus ei was slow, but my friend Gina is a runner and last summer we ran together so she could stay in shape for college field hockey. It was the first time i actually lost any weight so I figured, i need to run if i really want to see a change, and i have. The only reason i go that fast is because i set goals and get there, once i get there i get bored staying there and set a new one lol.

Ok so maybe i should try these egg beaters? aren't they expensive? and whats the heck are they? what do they have in them that makes them lower cla then regular egg whites? Stacy its good that you and your husband like them, i always love finding a new food that is healthy!

Aww ingrid sorry about the sick baby:-( I hope he feels better soon. Awesome weigh in!!! You are doing so amazing!

I haven't weighed in today because i am full of food/water. I'm going to try to remember weighing in before lunch. Also need to take measurements, but dont really want to because i feel like there hasnt been any change for me. I feel like im in a rut and I'm so afraid that i wont budge for a year AGAIN. I just need to keep my running up and my sweet tooth in control!!

I'm counting my eliptical miles and biking miles as "running" this week, but I do adjust the mileage to be what it would if i was running. I want to make sure my legs dont get bad again! So Monday i actually ran 4 miles, yesterday i ran 1 and did about 1.5 on the eliptical. So 6.5 down 13.5 to go!!

Rennai good to hear from you again... although i doubt you are "fat" i bet whatever gain you have is a happy one. what i mean is its probably due to the fact that you are in a new and awesome relationship so you are being a little more free with your eating and have less time exercising!

Stacy, your day sounds good to me too! I can see how you may not think so though, i knw how it is to plan something and not be able to follow through with it 100%

For example: went to the gym yesterday planning a nice 4 mile run. Ran 1 mile and my shoe came untied, so i stopped and tied it. ran another mile and could NOT hold it any longer, had to stop and use the bathroom Embarassed  I finished the 4 miles after that, although my legs were very sore. So i still completed the mileage, just not how i wanted so it felt...unfinished i guess.

The good news is, I ran at 6.8mph for 3 miles and 7mph for 1 mile! woohoo. 6.8 miles per hour is about an 8:43 mile. Maybe thats why my legs hurt lol/.

Rebekkah i hope you have so much fun in AZ and it's AWESOME that you get to work out with your friend. I bet you will lose weight haha can you imagine?

Greta good luck with the floors!! I wish my apartment had wood floors :-) the closest thing we have to wood is that fake wood that is actually lanoleum or something in the dining area. Surprisingly it looks good!

ugh im sooo tired today. Hoping to do group power tonight at 6:30pm if my eyes will stay open

Rebekkah I am going to Ruby's today for the salad bar too! Also, had a fiber bar for snack already :) weiirrd lol I am so impressed by your running!! an hour? thats a long time. what speed do you run at? you must get a pretty decent amount of miles in! keep it up girl

great job this weekend ladies..soraya with buying healthy food for work, ingrid on the amazing run, rebekkah on doing your best to stay on track despite circumstance, carrie for having a great time while being concious of what you put in your mouth!!

I can't say i was so successful... there were temptations at every turn!! So the good, I stayed away from the desserts and ice cream and kept the alcohol consumption surprisingly minimal. I thought i would be hungover sunday morning but we barely drank. The bad I definitly over ate and had some unhealthy choices. cheese fries on friday night, buffalo tenders for lunch saturday, and pizza saturday night/sunday lunch. ugh! i honestly felt like crap, my stomach hurt most fo the time. It is a rmeinder for my cruise that stickign to salads and healthier options will actually help me feel better physically

We had so much fun thoguh!! I ended up coming home with half of the money i went with, which isnt bad considering i figured i would lose it all. I played the lsots a little, but spent most of my time playing Craps, can you believe it?? i was so nervous haha. It was a lot of fun and at one point i was up about $200 at the craps table!

So now it's back to working hard.  i'm going to aim for 16 miles this week. Hopefully i can get it in and not be sore, btu if i need to i will do the biking class and divide the mileage by 4 or 5 to give me what i would have actually done if running.

ok so the spinning was great, but the fact that it was kind of easy and im not even sore today makes me wonder if i'm not pushing myself hard enough half the time i work out. i guess my wiegt and inch loss/gain is enough to tell me.

hahah Stacey..."i dont run unless im being chaese and even then its debatable..." too funny I always hated running, but it is definitly growing on me. so do you have anything you bake for christmas thats a big hit with everyone? I never know what to make! Also sorry to hear about your mother, i hope she is doing well, all things considered

Wow carrie good luck with the eating that will be difficult. can you look at their menu's online and do they have nutrition facts? what was it your making jamie again?

Gravekuhl- wow great job on the weigh in! what is your first name (if you want to share it) when you said you went over in protein, what do you try to keep it at? what is your diet like? 1140 is an extremely low amount of calories, are you cycling?

Today i had my "long run" hehe its not long compared to greta and ingrid. But i ran 5.25 miles in about 47:45 (not sure of the exact time) my legs didnt hurt!! i think i need to just cycle my running. so run every other day and do something else on the other days

Going to Connecticut tonight, Foxwoods casino tomorrow so probably wont be the best eating. plus there will obviously be drinking! im so excited though!! have  a good weekend ladies!

Ingrid- you may need to start back at the beginning. Take a week or even a few days and calculate what you are burning daily, then eat 500 less than that (or a little more if you want to lose faster). Do you know how many calories breast feeding burns? I know you said you went to a few sites and got the ball park, but maybe if you do your own calculation you will feel more sure about it? You seem to be losing steadily though correct?

my weigh in this week is about the same as usual 129.5. I'm glad im staying under 130, but still would like ot see that number go down more.

Ive been focusing more on my eating this week cause it hasnt been so great:(

greta I agree with carrie, it is just one day. Maybe when he's sleeping you can do some jumping jacks, running in place, or maybe even a video. i know its not running but it's something.

Hmm well i don't know whats going on carrie, the reason i said exercise asthma is because it sounds like you aren't getting enough oxygen to your body with the dizziness and exhaustion. personally i would hav gone for chocolate, peanut, and coffee for breakfsat but ya knowInnocent

Rennai I need to hear more about your love life...us engaged and married folk dont have it as exiciting as it once was haha...no i just like knowing all the details of your movie star romance!!

Rebekkah great job on sticking with your lunch and just ordering some diet coke, you always amaze me with your will power!!

I just finished the spin class. I have to say it was much easier than i expected. I thought i would be dying, i guess that just tells me im in good shape. My easy pace was at a 7 resistance and the only part that actually hurt were my goodies haha yea, the shorts didnt ride up, but that seat really hurts. I think i need some padded shorts like you said Greta. My heart rate definitly staye dup and it was pretty fun:)

ok i can't remember/find who asked about cycling a few days ago, but it gave me a good idea! Since my legs can't seem to keep up with my motivattion to run, I'm going to try the cycling today at lunch! Greta, you said the cycling burns about as many calories as running and it is new to my gym so I decided to try it out! I'm excited and ill let you all knwo how it goes.What should i wear? I dont want to have shorts riding up my crotch, but i don't want to be too hot either?

rebekkah you best be eating that tuna right now and not eating out! hehe great job on your run despite having so/so music and good luck finding an IPOD!

Ingrid like rebekkah said youll have to let us know what your "bad" eating is. i know my weakness is sugar. But really whenever i can't seem to stop snaking I chew gum! I always stay stocked up on sugar free gum, usually trident or orbit, and just chew the gum first. Like rebekkah said if im still hungry after ill eat, but usually im not.

Thank god stretching feels good, or id be sick of it already....

grr I have a question for runners, or anyone who can answer. What do you ladies do to keep from getting really super sore?? Last night iw as going to do 5 miles, i did, but i ahd to stop 3 times. It seems like everytime i go running now it hurst so bad! My legs are so tight! I know i can geta  massage and stretch, but it seems like it shouldnt be this bad. It is frustrating because i can't complete more than 3 miles without stopping. And now im getting shin splints.

I'll have to post a picture of my bathing suit late ri cant right now cause the sight is blocked at work :-/

margo this talk about biggest loser is making me miss you even more!! I love biggest loser too. I always think "ok if these people. who are 2-3 times my size can work out that hard, so can I!"

Hey ladies! happy tuesday!

rebekkah so sorry to hear about the ipod:( I still use my fiances and I can't wait to get one of  my own. Hopefully an ipod touch at christmas! great job with lunch! If i was you i would be excited about working out at 4 hehe a nice change form the morning workout, but i guess thats coming from someone who does not care for morning running.

Stacy i want to see a pic of the "real" you too! What are you kids being for halloween? (i think you said you had 2 right??) I looove anything with PB and chocolate so reece's are definitly a favorite.

Oh and ladies i had pumpkin shaped candy corn today, they were delicious!

Soraya good to hear that you and your daughter are starting to feel better, and great job with the workout!! I'll have to try that tea some time, is it at most natural food stores or even supermarkets??

Sarah what a pain with the 30 minute time limit, but at least you can do something i guess. I thought you were basically bed ridden lol.

Welcome gravehuh. Hope you stick around we all give each other a lot of support. I'm really not the best for advice on low cal meals, that's my weak area. If i think of any good ones though ill post it.

i have to work till 6 today so my fiance and i are eating dinner right after, then going to the gym. i'll probably just end up having a really light dinner and maybe eating a little more after the gym. I can't run on a full stomach and im hoping to get 5 miles in tonight!! My body has been super sore latley, but i'm going to try pushing through it!

I'm going to the casino this weekend and I just ordered a new bathing suit for my cruise, so there's some motivation for me!!
